Abstract: Φ160 mm 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb stainless steel bar products are produced at Special Steel Works,Benxi Steel by 3t ESR ingot-800 primary mill blooming 190 mm×190 mm billet - four stand 650 tandem mill rolling process to replace original 3t ESR ingot -forging process.Practice indicated that production effciency,yield and surface quality of products produced by rolling process were better than that by forging process,the go2(Rpo.2)of中160 mm OCr17Ni4Cu4Nb stainiess steel rolled bar was 890~955 MPa, σb(Rm) 960~1020 MPa,δ5(A)16%~18%,Ψ(Z)61%~65%,δ - Fe≤ 5% all to meet the requirement of standard CB8732Ⅱ .

摘要: 本钢特钢厂采用3 t电渣锭-800初轧机开190 mm×190 mm方坯4架650连轧工艺,生产Φ160 mm 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢棒材以替代原先3 t电渣锭锻造生产工艺。实践表明,轧制工艺生产效率、成材率和钢材表面质量均优于锻制工艺;轧制工艺所生产的中Φ160 mm 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢σ0.2(Rp0.2)890~955 MPa.σb(Rm) 960~1020 MPa,δ5(A)16%~18%,Ψ(Z)61%~65%,δ-Fe≤5%均满足GB8732Ⅱ的要求。
