      摘要:The structure characteristics of a special asymmetrical 12 strand 200 mm x 285 mm bloom 35 t tundish at steel works have been analyzed by geometric similarity 1:3 water model test, it is obtained that the nonsymmetrical degree and structure of original tundish are larger and unreasonable led to poor consistent in each strand and relatively poor whole body mixing effect, so the effect control flow device should be designed to improve its internal liquid flow. Water modelling test results show that by using the designed optimum scheme with relative larger impact region and two guide flow hole, the whole body mixing effect of tundish and consistence of each strand improve obviously, as compared with original tundish its total dead region ratio decreases from original 27.96% to 8.94% and the standard deviation of mean residence time of each strand decreases by 74%.

      摘要:According to solidifying and mechanical characteristics of low carbon steel Q235B 230 mm x 1500 mm slab at elevated temperature, a couple thermal and mechanical finite element analysis model for temperature field and stress field of slab during casting process has been established, and the coupling calculation is carried out by using definite element software MSC. Marc. Results show that at present situation the metallurgical length is about 33 m and the length of two- phase region is 16 m; the slab shell transits from compression status to tension status and the complete tension status is at front of inside of shell ; there is spread phenomenon of slab; and the calculated value and measured value all indicate that in simulation condition the real dimension of Q235B steel slab is larger than normal dimension by about 10 mm.

      摘要:The effect of basicity, BaO(6%-14% ), CaF2(0-10% ) and A12O3(18%-28% ) on semispherical melting-point and melting rate of basic refining slag series CaO-SiO2-A12O3-MgO-CaF2 has been studied with CQKJ-III mineral slag melting temperature measure device and MTLQ-RD-1300 semispherical melting point (melting temperature) and melting rate comprehensive measuring system and by orthogonal examination. Results show that the influence factors on melting point of high basicity refining slag are CaF2BaOA12O3and basicity R and weaken sequentially, and the sequence of influence factors on melting rate are basicity RA12O3CaF2and BaO; it is available by increasing refining slag basicity and adding suitableA12O3to decrease melting point of refining slag and increase melting rate, while the refining slag melting point decreases and its melting rate increases in varying degree by adding BaO and CaF2with basicity 4-5, 10%-14% BaO, 23%-28%A12O3and 5%-10% CaF2the refining slag has lower melting point ( about 1340 ℃ ) and larger melting rate (melting time <50 s); with reducing the size of high basicity refining slag particles the melting point of slag decreases and the melting rate increases.

      摘要:In order to alleviate the impact of flow jet of nozzle side-ports on solidifying shell and easy to use the sideport nozzle to the mold for casting square billet with smaller cross section, a design idea of submerged entry nozzle ( SEN) with flabelliform side-ports is advanced. The characteristics of flow field and temperature field in mold for casting 200 mm x 200 mm billet with straight channel nozzle, rectangular side-ports nozzle and flabelliform side-ports nozzle are analyzed and compared by using three dimension math model of fluid flow and heat transfer in mold. Research results show that the side-ports nozzle is available to reduce the impact depth of flow jet, improve the inclusions floating up, and increase the temperature and activity of liquid at meniscus and favorable to smelt slag; the flow from flabelliform side-port is more disperse, so the effect of impact on solidifying shell is sharply decreasing.

      摘要:A Hensel-Spittel flow stress model of steel 20CrMnTi with strain 0 ~0.8 and strain rate 0-3 s-1at 800-1150 °C is established by analysis on hot continuous rolling process of round bar. With using finite element software LARSTRAN/SHAPE the simulation of process of steel 20CrMnTi with 8 pass rolling from 200 mm x 200 mm billet to ①90 mm round bar has been carried out to analyze the variation of stress, strain and temperature field, and rolling force and torque of rolling stock during process of rolling by round pass with curved side wall and round pass with straight-line side wall. Simulated results show that at round comer of stock the equivalent stress and equivalent strain are bigger and the temperature is lower than that at other region, so the defects easily occur at the comer of stock ; the precision of round bar rolled by round pass with curved side wall is slightly higher that by round pass with straight-line side wall.

      摘要:In recent years, in order to meet the application requirement of specialty steel grades such as ultra fine grain steel, dual phase steel (DP) , transformation induce plasticity steel (TRIP) and interstitial free atom steel (IF) , the ≥150 ℃/s ultra fast cooling technology with high efficiency of heat exchange, temperature drop of steel plate and long products in short time by a big margin has been developed to realize steel strengthening by fine grain size and phase transformation. The principle of ultra fast cooling technology, the layout of cooling system in rolling production line, the specialty steel grades being applicable and the application in steel works at home and abroad are presented in this article.

      摘要:The results of process during tapping of low carbon aluminium killed steel SPHC melted in 120 t converter, by adding 2.0-2.5 kg/t ferroaluminium (49% Al) and adding 2.5-4.0 kg/t LF solid abandoned refining slag (/% : 6.29-10.33SiO219.14-29.57A12O354.69-59.96CaO, 4.97-6.89MgO) to replace the liquid cleaning agent (premelted slag 一 slag modifying agent /% : 10-18A12O3 ,42-55CaO, >3.5Al, 2-5MgO, 6-10CaF2) show that the LF abandoned refining slag melts quickly, it is available to absorb inclusions in liquid, reduce T[O], eliminate nozzle clogging and favorable to improve environment and decrease production cost.

      摘要:The production flow sheet for 2. 5 mm hot rolled strip of austenite stainless steel 06Cr18Ni5Mn7Cu3N is 70 t EAF-70 t bottom-blown GOR converter-LF-180 mm x 1240 mm slab CC-hot rolling process. The peeling defects with width ≤ 20 mm and depth ≤ 0.06 mm occur at distance about 30 mm from edge of pickled 2.5 mm hot-rolled strip. Analysis show that due to higher heating temperature during heating process for hot rolling (1200-1260 ℃) and longer holding time during heating ( more than 210 min) led to the formation of a large amount of copper-rich phase precipitated at grain boundary, as a result the peeling defect forms during hot rolling. With improving healing temperature 1200-1240 ℃ and holding time 150-210 min, the forming strip peeling defect ratio decreases from original 7% to less than 0.5% , the quality of products enhances markedly.

      摘要:According to metallurgical quality issue about low billet yield of hot working die steel H13 at steel works, the statistic analysis on relative quality to influence on billet yield has been carried out to get that the porosity defects caused by poor insulation of hot top make up 58%-76% of the total non-qualified ingot. With decreasing the volume density and heat conductivity of SiO2insulating board respectively from original 1.65 g/cm3and 0.317 W/(m • K) to 0.87 g/cm3and 0.21 W/( m • K) , and optimizing the ingredient of low carbon shield synthetic flux to decrease its melting point and viscosity respectively from original 1258 °C and 1.8 Pa • s to 1147 °C and 0.9 Pa • s, the average billet yield of ingot increases from original 75% to 80% .

      摘要:The flow sheet for bearing steel G55SiMoVA for oil drilling tool (/% : 0.52-0.55C, 0.90-1.l0Si, 0.30-0.50Mn, 0.40-0.60Mo, 0.20-0.30V, ≤0.015P, ≤0.015S) is scrap+60%-70% hot metal-50 t UHP EBT EAF-60 t LF-VD-260 mm x 300 mm CC process. With using foaming slag submerged arc operation in whole period of arc furnace steelmaking, EBT tapping and alloying, controlling basicity 3.2-4.5 of LF secondary refining slag (/% : 46-54CaO, 10-16SiO211-13Al2O34.5-7.0MgO) , diffusion-deoxidizing by SiC with 60-80 L/min Argon stirring, VD for 20 min in vacuum below 67 Pa, and shielding casting in whole period, the oxygen content in bearing steel G55SiMoVA rolled products is 9 X 10-6-10 x 10-6

      摘要:With the process measures including EAF charging hot metal 25-36 t/heat, during tapping adding 100 kg ferroaluminium to pre-deoxidizing, controlling refining slag basicity ≥ 4 during LF refining, after feeding Al wire ( aim 0.015% Al) adding ferrotitanium (aim 0.04%Ti), after VD adding ferroboron and soft argon blowing for 5-10 min, and whole process shielding casting, the 25 heats production results show that in Φ180 mm round billet of steel 25MnB (/% : 0.23 ~0.28C, 0.15-0.35Si, 1.00-1.30Mr, 0.0005-0.0030B,≤0.065Ti) the oxygen content is 8 x 10-6-13 x 10-6the nitrogen content is 30 x 10-6-49 x 10-6and the boron content is 0.0015% -0.0024% , and the yield of boron is up to 90% , it is available to improve the control extent of boron content and the hitting accuracy of B in finishing steel 25MnB.

      摘要:The gear steel 20CrMnTi with narrow hardenability band is produced by hot metal desulphurizing-120 t BOF-LF-200 mm x 200 mm billet casting-hot rolling process at Long Products General Plant, Wuhan Iron and Steel. Production results show that with the process measures including using BOF catch carbon practice to control end [C] ≥ 0.08% , adding 0.8 kg/t aluminium during tapping for pre-deoxidizing, than argon blowing and feeding aluminium wire 150 m in ladle, during LF refining feeding 0.4 kg/t aluminium wire and controlling refining slag basicity 3.0-4.0, microadjusting alloying element content and argon shielding long nozzle casting process, the results of analysis of 122 heats gear steel 20CrMnTi are (/% ) 0.19-0.21C, 0.22-0.31Si, 0.85-1.04Mn, 1.01-1.19Cr, 0.04-0.09Ti, 0.02-0.06Cu, ≤ 24 X 10-6[O] and ≤ 55 x 10-6[N]; the rating of porosity and segregation ≤ l.0 and the rating of grain size ≥ 9.0; and the width of hardenability band △HRC of products ≤ 5.9 to meet the requirement of standard.

      摘要:Test normal A36 steel and containing Ce A36Ce steel for shipbuilding (/% : 0.12-0.13C, 0.21 Si, 0.77-0.79Mn, 0.013-0.015P, 0.003-0.004S, 0.32-0.33Cr, 0.023-0.025Al, 0-0.009Ce) are melted by vacuum induction furnace, cast to 7 kg ingot, forged to 25 mm x 25 mm billet and normalized at 865 °C for 0. 5 h. The corrosion rate, corrosion surface morphology and features of rust layer of both normal non-containing Ce A36 steel plate for shipbuilding and containing 0.009% Ce A36Ce plate for shipbuilding are analyzed by full immersion examination in simulated seawater (3. 5% NaCI) environment with using weight loss, electrochemical method, scanning electron microscope and X- ray diffractometry. Results show that in seawater for 30 day, the corrosion rate of A36 steel plate for shipbuilding is 1.8 g/ (mm2• day) , while that of A36Ce steel plate for shipbuilding is 1.2 g/( mm2• day) ; the A36Ce steel plate is easily to form denser black inner rust layer which is not easily to peel off ; the pitting corrosion tendency of nonnal A36 steel plate is more severe, but the uniform corrosion of A36Ce steel plate is primary ; the corrosion products of both steels are iron oxide and carbonyl.

      摘要:The structure and properties of three alloys 0.05C-25Cr-37Ni-0.6Nb(0.6Nb), 0.05C-25Cr-37Ni-0.6Nb-0.6Ti(0.6Nb-0.6Ti) and 0.05C-25Cr-37Ni-l.8Nb( 1.8Nb) melted by 150 kg vacuum induction furnace, rolled to 30 mm plate and solid-solution-treated at 1160-1220 ℃ for 1 h, air cooling have been studied. Results show that as compared with 0.6Nb alloy, the grains in 0.6Nb-0.6Ti alloy added Ti obviously coarsen, the main precipitates are micrometer-scale Ti( CN), the ambient strength and creep behavior at 760 ℃ of 0.6Nb-0.6Ti alloy decrease ; the 1.8Nb alloy got a raise in Nb content the grains fine, the main precipitates are nanometer-scale Nb(CN) , the ambient strength and creep behavior are not obviously changes.

      摘要:The metallurgical flow sheet of developed 25 mm Q800CFE steel plate (/% : 0.04-0.08C, 0.20-0.50Si, 1.50-1.80Mn, ≤0.015P, ≤0.005S, 0.015-0.060Nb, ≤0.30Mo, ≤0.03Ti, 0.0008-0.0030B; crack sensitivity index ≤0.23) is metal pretreatment-120 t BOF-LF-RH-220 mm CC-rolling process. Finishing plate rolling temperature is ≤850 °C , water cooling to ≤400 ℃ with cooling rate 20-30 °C/st and tempering treatment is carried out at 530-535 The dynamic continuous cooling transformation (CCT) curves of Q800CFE steel plate is measured and the effect of tempering temperature on structure and mechanical properties and the wielding behavior of steel plate are studied. Results show that with increasing tempering temperature the size of lath structure increases; with tempering at 530 X., the Q800CFE steel plate has optimum mechanical properties, its tensile strength ≥900 MPa, elongation ≥15% , -40 ℃ Charpy impact energy 100 J ; and the cold crack in weld joint shall be avoided as the ambient 25 mm plate is preheated to 75 °C.

      摘要:The test 600 MPa grade high strength steel (/% : 0.23C, 0.67Si, 1.35Mn, 0.028P, 0.023S, 0.131V, 0.033Nb) is melted by a 25 kg vacuum induction furnace and hot-rolled to 16 mm x 180 mm slab product. With dilatometric test combined with structure metalloscopy and microhardness test the continuous cooling transformation expansion curves of steel HRB600 at cooling rate 0.1-100 ℃/s have been measured by hot simulation testing machine Thermecmastor-Z to got the continuous cooling transformation (CCT) curves of the steel and the transformed structure of steel is studied. Results show that with austenizing at 850 ℃,as cooling rate less than 3 °C/s the structure of tested V-Nb microalloying high strength steel HRB600 is proeutecloid ferrite + pearlite; with cooling rate 5 ℃/s the minor martensite occurs in structure to effect the welding behavior of steel ; and with cooling rate up to 100 ℃/s the martensite structure is obtained in steel.

      摘要:The test cold sheet of 2. 3Si non-oriented silicon steel (/% : 0.003C, 2.30Si, 0.16Mn, ≤0.020P, ≤0.005S, 0.54Al) is first cold-rolled from normalized and un-normalizing 2.5 mm hot-rolled plate to 0.6 mm sheet (reduction 76% ) , then intermediate annealed at 750-950 ℃ for 2.5 min and double cold-rolled to 0.5 mm sheet (reduction 16.7% ) , the finished sheet annealed at 890 ℃ +960 ℃ for 2.5 min. Effect of the intermediate annealing temperature on grain size, texture and magnetic performance of the steel has been studied. Results show that with increasing intermediate annealing temperature the grain size before double cold-rolling and finished product increases, the adverse {111} and {112} texture components in finished products decrease and the magnetic performance improves. The magnetic performance of sheet cold-rolled by normalized hot-rolled plate is obviously better than that by un-normalized hot-rolled plate, but with higher intermediate annealing temperature the beneficial effect of normalizing on magnetic performance of sheet weakens.

      摘要:Test as-cast grain-oriented silicon steel (/% : 0.044-0.056C, 3.12-3.32Si, 0.08-0.11 Mn, 0.002-0.008S, 0.0029-0.0291 Als, 0.0062-0.0109N) is melted by a 30 kg high frequency vacuum induction furnace. The research results by using field emission-scanning electron microscope/energy dispersive spectrometer (FE-SEM/ EDS) show that in 0.0029% Als steel the main oxide is SiO2and there is independent laminable, rod-like and approximate spherical shape MnS while the oxide or nitride bearing aluminium has not been found in steel ; in 0. 0090% Als steel the composite oxide containing prime A12O3occurs and there is MnS-AlN compounded precipitate; with increasing Als in steel the compounded precipitate develops in a cluster form.The oxide particle is easily becoming a nucleus of MnS-AIN compounded precipitating, and the lower Als content in steel the higher MnS content in inclusion; the smaller oxide as nucleus the more regular morphology of formed compounded inclusion and smaller its size. The thermodynamic calculation results show that the Als content in steel is the main factor to influence on the ingredient of oxide inclusion in steel and the precipitating temperature and amount of AIN in steel.

      摘要:The test interstitial-free steel IF(/% : 0.0036-0.0049C, 0.005-0.007Si, 0.11-0.12Mn, 0.007P, 0.005S, 0.007-0.011Alt, 0.047-0.051Ti, 0.0030N, 0-0.0037Ce) is melted by a 10 kg vacuum induction furnace, and forged to 30 mm x 25 mm billet, finishing forging at 950 ℃ , air cooling. With using Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation testing machine the tensile test on the testing steel with strain rate 0. 1 s-1at 750-1150 ℃ has been carried out to study the effect of micro rare earth (RE) element Ce on high temperature tensile properties of the IF steel. As compared with IF steel non-containing Ce, the hot plasticity ( reduction of area-Z value) and hot tensile strength ( Rm value) of IF-Ce steel containing 0. 0037%Ce increase obviously, but with increasing temperature the increment decreases ; the reduction of area and tensile strength at elevated temperature of IF steel and IF-Ce steel respectively are 77.62% -110 MPa for IF and 88.65%-160 MPa for IF-Ce at 750 °C ; 87.35% -85 MPa for IF and 92.88% -100 MPa for IF-Ce at 950 ℃: and 85.68% - 55 MPa for IF and 90.62% -58 MPa for IF-Ce at 1150 °C. The main reasons to increase hot plasticity and hot tensile strength of IF steel by adding RE element are that the element Ce improves structure of steel, fines grain size, and segregates and clusters at grain boundary to increase the strength of grain boundary.

      摘要:The production flow sheet for stainless steels steelmaking at Taishan Steel Works is 60 t EAF-GOR bottom blowing converter refining-160 mm x 1600 mm slab casting process. With using Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation testing machine, the high temperature properties of casting slab of austenite stainless steel 201 ( 6.54Mn-16.71Cr-3.62Ni) and steel J4 (8.93Mn-14.84Cr-l.08Ni-l.25Cu) , ferrite stainless steel 430 ( 16.29Cr) and martensite stainless steel 410S (13.5Cr) have been tested and studied. Results show that the Ⅲ brittle temperature region of each stainless steel is respectively steel 201-665 ~990 ℃,steel J4- 600~950 ℃ steel 430- 600~700 ℃ and steel 410S-720~930 ℃ ; It is available for steel 201 and J4 to use weaker secondary cooling and to straighten respectively at ≥1010 ℃ and ≥995 ℃, for steel 430 to use stronger secondary cooling and to straighten at 900~950 °C, and for steel 410S to use weaker secondary cooling and to straighten at ≥ 980 °C.
