    • Dynamics Model of Intra-Granular Ferrite Nucleation Induced by Inclusions

      摘要:According to the experimental phenomena and thermodynamics mechanism of heterogeneous nucleation, combined with mathematic calculation, a dynamics model of intra-granular ferrite nucleation induced by inclusions has been established. Results show that in the nucleation model basal phase is a triangular pyramid with apex angle a; the nucleation phase is spherical nucleating model; as the volume of basal phase embedded nucleation phase is bigger with small wetting angle and there is an optimum value of apex angle α- about 34°, it is easiest to nucleate. The test of 0.45% C steel casting billet with heating at 1 150 °C for 10 min then cooling to 500 °C by 30 %:/min rate and cooling to ambient by 100 ℃/min rate show that a lot of titanium nitride inclusions are got in steel to induce intra-granular ferrite nucleation, cut off austenite grain and fine structure.

      摘要:The test of grooved roll pass rolling process to simulate steel works mill with roll diameter 1 200 mm, length of roll body 2 200 mm, maximum rolling force 25 000 kN and mill power 1 000 kW by laboratory mill with roll diameter 130 mm, length of roll body 265 mm, maximum rolling force 150 kN and mill power 5. 5 kW is carried out by using geometric similarity 1: 10 roller and lead stock to study the effect of reduction 0. 1 ~ 0. 5 mm, roll diameter 97.72 ~ 107. 65 mm and rolling lubrication coefficient 0. 21 ~ 0.45 on variation of rolling stock width. Results show that with increasing width of rolling stock and fabrication coefficient the spread of shape steel increases ; it is available to study on spread of shape steel with complex section by combined effect model of divided complex non-symmetry face studied results ; the obtained cutting pass spread calculated model is qualified by laboratory rolling deformation measuring.

      摘要:The effect of decarburization process, deoxidizing, alloying, blowing oxygen and adding aluminium and non-operating factors on liquid temperature during RH-MFB refining process is analyzed and studied, and a prediction model for refining liquid is established. Verifying results by continuous-refining 10 heats 270 t ultra-low carbon liquid (0.001% ~0.002 5%C) temperature show that the error of liquid temperature calculated by model and measured is no more than ±5 ℃.

      摘要:Simulation test on interaction between jet flow and bath in 180 t top and bottom combined blowing converter has been carried out by a water model with geometric similarity ratio 1:10 to study the effect of gas flow rate (38 ~42 m3/h) on mixing time with optimum lance position (150 mm) and the effect of coherent jet flow lance position (40 ~ 150 mm) on mixing time at optimum top lance flow rate (39 m3/h). Results show that the stirring effect in bath by coherent jet flow oxygen lance is the same as that by top and bottom combined blowing and if the coherent jet flow oxygen lance shall be applied in converter, the bottom system of top and bottom combined blowing converter could be canceled to simplify converter structure and increase converter lining life.

      摘要:The welding test on 5 mm 3Cr13Mo martensite heat resistant steel plate (/% : 0. 28C, 0. 8Si, 0.36Mn, 0. 030S, 0.029P, 12. 10Cr, 0. 57Mo, 0.45Ni) with welding speed 0. 5 ~ 1.2 mm/s, current 150 ~ 200 A, pulse width 3. 0 ~5. 0 ms and frequency 18 ~40 Hz by using a 500 W YAG laser has been carried out, and the temperature field, the residual stress and the welding distortion during welding process are numerically simulated by welding model developed and established using large-scale finite element software ABAQUS. Study results show that the calculated values basically coincide with the real measured values, the calculated maximum welding residual stress is concentrated in heat affected ring zone distance from welding seam 0.1 mm, with the process parameters-welding current 150 A, pulse width 3.0 ms, frequency 18 Hz and welding speed 0.5 mm/s, the residual plasticity strain introduced by the maximum residual stress is up to 0.325.

      摘要:The electroslag remelting (ESR) process of steel mainly occurs in formation period of electrode-end melting drop, and the molten steel is pured and cleaned by slag washing effect as the inclusions in steel are absorbed and solved by slag, while the interfacial tension of slag-steel-inclusion closely affects this process. Based on the research achievements about interfacial properties of fluoride-containing slag system in ESR metallurgy process at home and abroad, the rule of influence of slag ingredient including CaF2CaO, Al2O3MgO, Na2O and SiO2and temperature on molten slag-steel interfacial tension and its internal mechanism are analyzed, while variation rule of the slag-steel interfacial tension with slag ingredient and steel chemical composition, liquid temperature and slag basicity are summarized. To establish experience formula and calculation model of fluoride-containing slag system interfacial property parameters for ESR process is research direction o£ this field.

      摘要:The production process for 2,5 ~8. 0 mm strip of 304 austenite stainless steel (/%: ≤0. 08C, 18. 00 ~ 20.00Cr, 8. 00 ~ 10.50Ni) is 70 t EAF-70 t bottom blowing GOR converter-LF-slab casting-hot continuous rolling-solid solution treatment-pickling. Based on analysis and examination on bright spots of hot rolled and pickling strip including roughness, inclusions and structure, and test of effect of laminar cooling water quality in situ on strip bright spots formation, it is defined that the contaminated oil and suspending particles in laminar flow cooling water deposit on surface of strip, after solid-solution treatment and pickling the bright spots form on surface of strip. With strict controlling the laminar cooling water quality and strengthening the management of relative laminar flow cooling equipment during facility maintenance, as oil contamination of cooling water is less than 0.5 mg/L and suspending particles is less than 7 mg/L, it is available to avoid the formation of bright spot defect of 304 stainless steel strip and obviously enhance the quality of products.

      摘要:The main chemical composition of EAF primary liquid metal for steelmaking high nitrogen stainless steel 10Cr21Mn16NiN (/% : 0.03 ~0.13C, 0. 30 ~0. 60Si, 15.0-17. 0Mn, ≤0.045P, ≤0.030S, 21. 0 ~ 22. 0Cr, 1.0~ 1. 8Ni, 0. 40 ~0. 65N) is 2. 20% C, 21. 32% Cr. The decarburizing of liquid is carried out by top-blowing and bottom side blowing oxygen-nitrogen, added manganese iron and nickel iron, added lime to desulfurize, and after reducing by silicon iron the deep deoxidation of liquid steel is carried out by adding aluminium and calcium silicon powder; after manganese alloying by using metal manganese the Mn content in steel is up to 16%; during AOD tapping with liquid amount 45. 2 ~ 46.0 t, the nitrogen content in steel is 0.49% ~0.54%, after adding 1. 34 ~ 1. 67 t manganese nitride the nitrogen content in steel is 0. 64% ~0. 65%, the yield of nitrogen is up to 42.1% ~ 50. 2%.

      摘要:The effect of adding La alloying methods on yield of La in stainless steel Fe-20Cr-5Al (/%: 0. 004 ~ 0. 006C, 0. 18Si, 0. 08Mn, 20.25 ~ 20. 28Cr, 5. 06 ~5. 17Al) melting by 50 kg vacuum induction furnace + electroslag remelting process has been studied. Results show that with vacuum induction furnace (VIF) melting Fe-20Cr-5Al electrode (parent alloy) + rare earth (RE) oxide La2O3(/%: 50CaF2-20CaO-30La2O3) electroslag remelting (ESR) for La alloying, the average La content in steel is 0. 003%, indicated it is not obvious to La alloying by adding RE oxide during ESR; with VIF La alloying melting ESR electrode (0. 38% La in steel) + 70% CaF2-30% Al2O3electroslag remelting, the average La content in ESR steel is 0. 066%, and with VIF La alloying melting ESR electrode (0. 34% La in steel) + 50% CaF2- 20%CaO-30La2O3electroslag remelting, the average La content in ESR steel is 0. 032%, It is indicated that during ESR process of containing La parent alloy the oxidizing loss of La is larger, but as compared 30% La2O3remelting slag the 30% Al2O3remelting slag is more favorable to decrease the oxidizing loss of La in-parent alloy during ESR process.

      摘要:According to the quality issues including finger-mark proofing firm thickness un-uniform, roll marks sensitiveness to form marks etc. in production of chromium-free passivating and finger-mark proofing cold-rolled 0. 3 〜2. 5 mm sheet of DX15D +Z plain carbon steel at Shougang Cold Rolling Sheet Co, the process control measures such as stop of reverse coating of chemical coating machine, control of finger-mark proofing firm thickness of sheet and passivated roll marks etc. are put forward. Production results show that the sheet products salt spray corrosion resistance for 96 h, the surface electric resistance and the baking varnish adhesive etc. properties all meet the requirement.

      摘要:According to the surface defect occurred at lower part of ESR ingot of 521 steel (/% : 0. 37 ~ 0. 45C, 0. 80 ~ 1. 15Si, 4. 50 ~5. 30Cr, 1. 20 ~ 1. 40Mo, 0. 85 ~ 1. 10V) and GCr15 steel (/% : 0. 97C, 1. 57Cr) melted by ESR furnace with double electrode, the effect of binary slag amount, lower part remelting voltage and current as well as remelting time on surface quality of 2. 5 ~ 5 t ESR ingot has been statistically analyzed. Results show that control remelting time (remelting rate) has obvious effect on surface quality of ESR ingot: for 5 1521 steel remelting ingot, with slag amount 200 kg, voltage 55 V and current 15 500 ~ 16 800 A in melting at ingot lower part, as total remelting time is 434 ~489 min, the ingot surface is smooth, while the total remelting time is 500 min, there is 15 mm depth slag scar at ESR ingot lower part; for 2. 5 t GCr15 steel remelting ingot, with slag amount 120 kg, voltage 43 ~44 V and current 13 500 ~ 14 000 A in melting at ingot lower part, as the total remelting time is 316 ~ 359min, the surface of ingot is smooth while the total remelting time is 380 min, the ESR ingot lower part has 7 mm depth slag runner and slag inclusion.

      摘要:The coil of high carbon steel SWRH82B (0. 81%C) is used for pre-stressed wire strands, and the serious net carbides in steel is important factor of wire fracture during cold drawing process. The effect of 150 mm x 150 mm casting billet stacking slow cooling time (0 ~48 h) of steel on carbon segregation in billet and carbide segregation in φ 12. 5 mm coil is tested. Results show that the deviation of carbon content in billet with direct air cooling is 0. 116%, after stacking slow cooling of billet for 12, 24, 36 and 48 h, the deviation carbon content in billet respectively decreases to 0. 088%, 0. 080%0. 075% and 0. 076%, and the rating of net carbide in coil is also corresponding decreased ; it is available to meet the requirement for cold drawing process by stacking slow cooling for 24 h of steel SWRH82B 150 mm x 150 mm casting billet.

      摘要:Based on strong crack sensitivity and requiring high cleanliness of TWIP steel, with analysis and calculation the 14 t TWIP steel ESR ingot (/%: 0. 03C, 2. 88Si, 24. 71 Mn, 0. 021P, 0. 007S, 2. 98Al) has been remelted with 65CaF2-25Al2O3-10CaO slag by AOD refined two 0. 6 m diameter 7. 3 t electrode (/%: 0. 03C, 2. 75Si, 25. 13Mn, 0. 019P, 0. 002S, 2. 50Al). Examination results show that the inclusions average size in remelted steel reduces by 36.4% and the total inclusions amount decreases by 46. 7 %. Argon atmosphere should be used to reduce the loss of Al and Mn in ESR process.

      摘要:The test M2 steel (/%: 0. 81C, 0. 31 Si, 0. 33Mn, 4. 01 Cr, 4.57Mo, 5. 71W, 1. 77V) is melted by a 25 kg high-frequency induction furnace and cast to cross section 50 mm X 100 mm ingots in laboratory. The macro-structure, grain size and distribution of carbides of M2 steel ingot casting by water-cooling copper mould and cast-iron mould are studied. Results show that higher cooling rate is available to control and eliminate the columnar crystal in ingot of M2 steel; with increasing the cooling rate the partial bubbles in M2 steel ingot float off incompletely but the central shrinkage of ingot decreases significantly, the grains are fine and uniform distribution, and the carbides in steel are more dispersed and fine ; the grain size at edge and center of ingot with cast iron mould process are respectively 40 ~ 57 μm and 55 ~ 62 μm and that with water-cooling copper mould process are respectively 30-40 μm and 50 μm.

      摘要:The mechanical properties, structure and precipitates of medium plate 30 mm X 2 500 mm of Ti micro alloyed Q345D steel (/%: 0. 15C, 0.27Si, 1. 36Mn, 0. 019Ti, 0. 011P, 0. 003S, 0. 026Als) produced by hot metal desulphurizing-150 t converter-RH-shielding casting-control rolling and cooling process have been studied. Results show that of Ti microalloying Q345D steel the tensile strength is m525 MPa, yield strength N390 MPa, elongation >29% and the -40 ℃. impact energy is 125 J; the structure of steel consists of pearlite, ferrite and minor sorbite with grain size grade 12~14; the main inclusions in steel are MnS and Ti4C2S2the precipitates in steel are dispersive-distributed 50 ~250 nm TiN; and the increment of strength of steel is mainly caused by fine-grain strengthening of TiN.

      摘要:Test 0. 8 mm cold rolled sheet of 390 MPa IF steel (/%: 0. 005C, 0.04Si, 0. 35Mn, 0. 095P, 0. 005S, 0. 030Nb, 0. 016Ti, 0. 036Alt) is cold rolled by 4 mm hot rolled plate. The effect of continuous annealing temperature 780 ~ 820 °C on structure, texture and mechanical properties of the IF steel has been studied. Results show that as continuous annealing temperature increases from 780 ℃ to 820 ℃, the yield and tensile strength of the IF steel decrease respectively from 282 MPa and 432 MPa to 249 MPa and 405 MPa, and the elongation A50and plastic strain ratio rmincrease respectively from 37. 2% and 1.45 to 41. 7% and 1. 84, it has better deep drawing property while with increasing annealing temperature the plane anisotropic index △r   increases from 0. 44 to 0. 65, grain size of ferrite increases, and structure homogeneity becomes poor, and deformation texture {112} < 110 > is weaker, favorable texture {111} < 110 > is enhanced, texture {001}<110> weakens, comprehensively considering, the suitable annealing temperature is about 820 ℃.

      摘要:The test steel 1Cr17Mn6Ni5N (/% : 0. 09 ~ 0.11C, 0.19 ~ 0.29Si, 7.33~7.42Mn, 0.011 -0.015P, 0. 004 ~ 0. 007S, 16. 87 ~ 17. 24Cr, 5. 06 ~5.19Ni, 0. 21 ~0. 40N) is melted by a 10 kg vacuum induction furnace with adding chromium nitride to N-alloying in nitrogen atmosphere. The compression 60% experiment of test steel in vacuum with strain rate 10-2s-1and 1 s-1at 1 150 ~ 1 000 ℃ has been carried out by using Gleebl-1500D thermo-mechanical simulation machine. Test results show that at high temperature with lower strain rate the dynamic recrystallization of steel is main softening mechanism and with higher strain rate the dynamic recovery of steel is the main softening mechanism as compared with 0. 21 % N and 0.29% N test steels the 0. 40% N test steel has higher peak stress, and based on the calculation of Zener-Hollomon parameter, the recrystallization activation energy of 0. 40% N test steel is highest, uneasily to happen dynamic crystallization at elevated temperature.

      摘要:An analysis on the surface crack formation for crankshaft forgings of steel 42CrMo (/%: 0. 43C, 0. 77Mn, 0. 24Si, 0. 014P, 0. 007S, 1. 08Cr, 0.17Mo, 0. 01Cu) with 865 ℃ 1. 5 h oil quenching + 640 ℃ 4 h tempering, water cooling has been carried out. Results show that the surface cracks of crankshaft forgings are quenching cracks, and the main causes for quenching cracks of crankshaft are insufficient tempering holding time (4 h) and more serious banded orientation structure exiting in forgings (rating 3). With prolonging the tempering time to 5 h and controlling the banded orientation structure in forgings ≤ rating 2, the cracks are not found in quenched and tempered crankshaft forgings and the qualified products are up to 100%.

      摘要:The effect of annealing temperature (at 760 ~ 880 ℃ for 7 min) and time (at 820 ℃ for 3 ~ 9 min) on grain size, recrystallization rate and texture of 0. 3 mm cold-rolled sheet of oriented silicon steel (/% : 0. 046C, 3.07Si, 0. 09Mn, 0. 029P, 0. 004S, 0. 005Al) has been tested and studied. Results show that with optimum recrystallized annealing at 820 ℃ for 5 min, the silicon steel average grain size is 14. 20 the complete recrystallization rate is 92%, the unfavourable-texture {111} < 110 > content in steel is 3.16%, the favourable-texture {111} < 112 >, {012}<001 > and Gauss texture content in steel are respectively 0.40%, 4.73% and 2.46%.

      摘要:The cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel (/%: 0.003C, 2.35Si, 0.22Mn, 0.011P, 0,002S, 0. 36Al, 0.003 0N) is cold-rolled to 0.35 mm sheet from 2. 3 mm hot-rolled plate normalized at 890 °C or 940 for 3 min. The effect of normalizing temperature and annealing process at 800 ~ 920 ℃ for 3 min on high frequency (400 Hz) magnetic properties and tensile strength of the steel has been tested and studied. Results show that with annealing at 830 ~ 920 °C the high frequency iron loss value P10/400is lowest, and with increasing annealing temperature the grain size increases and tensile strength of steel decreases; the optimum heat treatment process for the non-oriented steel is normalizing at 940 X. and annealing at 830 °C, in this case the tensile strength Rm, high frequency iron loss P10/400and magnetic induction J50of steel are respectively 565 MPa, 21. 5 W/kg and 1. 69 T.
