摘要:Effects of B2O3 on melting temperature of two CaO-based refining slag series with low basicity [ ( CaO)/ (SiO2)=3 ~4] and high basicity [ (CaO)/(SiO2)= 5 〜7. 5 ] have been studied. Results indicate that B2O3is more available than Al2O3and CaF2to decrease the melting temperature of CaO-based refining slag, for low basicity slag, it is effective to decrease melting temperature of slag with replacing CaF2Al2O3or SiO2partly by B2O3for high basicity slag, with replacing CaF2by B2O3the extra-low melting temperature CaO-based refining slag with high ( CaO) /( SiO2) and high (CaO)/( Al2O3) could be got, it is available to increase the slag forming rate, the ability of slag for desulfurization and dephosphorization, and the ability of slag to absorb deoxidation products by silicon and aluminium.  
摘要:A multi-input and multi-outpul support vector regression algorithm is introduced to predict the real-time object surface temperature of casting slab in secondary cooling zone by using the given object teinperaiure schedule calculated by metallurgical technicians. Test results of casting 200 mm x 1 534 mm slab of steel 16Mn show that with same trainingspecimen number, the training time by support vector regression algorithm is 3. 2 s with error of predict object temperature ± 1 ℃ , while the training time by BP ( back propagation) neural networks algorithm is 23. 5 s with error of predict object temperature ± 2 ℃ , and the multi-input and output support vector regression aigorithm is better than BP neural networks algorithm to alter the object surface temperature of slab in real time according to the variety of process, therefore it is available to dynamic-control the casting process and increase the quality of slab.

摘要:The deformation characteristics of UR, ER/EF and UF three racks of universal tandem finishing-rolling heavy rail are analyzed and the correspondent math models are established. The calculated results for tandem rolling of steel U71 Mn (% : 0. 7C, 1. 0Mn, 0. 1 Cr) 60 kg/m heavy rail show that the simulated value is quite close to the design value, the errors of width of rail head and base in middle passes are respectively 0. 13% ~0. 66% and 0.45% ~ 1. 3% , which better reflect the variation tendency of width of rail head and base of rolling stock.  
摘要:The development history of electroslag remelting ( ESR) commercial production for 50 years is reviewed briefly, and the presentation and evaluation of new technology of ESR metallurgy in recent years are focused including electroslag rapid remelting, double electrode series electroslag continuous casting technology, ultra-heavy slab ingot ESR, technology for solidification segregation control of heavy ESR ingot, ESR furnace with controlled atmosphere and ESR casting technology with liquid metal. It is indicated that in new development phase the ESR metallurgical technology is developed with high efficiency, saving energy, environmental protection and meeting requirement for higher quality.  
摘要:The continuous cooling transformation ( CCT) curves of 05. 5 mm wire of high carbon steel 82A (% : 0. 81C, 0. 50Mn, 0. 21 Si, 0. 007P, 0. 006S) with cooling rate 0. 8 ~ 40 /s are measured by Gleeble 1500 thermal simulation machine, and fitting in with real phase transformation temperature calculated by measured cooling curves at production situ, the correcting dynamic CCT curves to meet the production situation are obtained. Combined the basic model for control-rooling process of high speed rolled wire, it is obtained that the available reeling temperature of wire-rod of steel 82A is 910 ~930 ℃ , and the optimum cooling rate during phase transformation process is 9 ~ 12 ℃/s.  
摘要:A study on the field of fluid flow in 4-strand 25 t tundish with two different control devices has been carried out by 1 : 2. 5 tundish water model test. And the effect of original tundish and improved tundish with modified diameter of hole for guide fluid at side of dam and its inclination, and added turbulent inhibitor on cleanliness of 325 mm x 280 mm casting bloom of bearing steel GCrl5 is tested by commercial production. Results show that the improved tundish is available to increase residence time of liquid steel in tundish, decrease dead volume fraction of tundish, increase removal rate of inclusion in liquid. Compared with the original tundish, the removal rate of total oxygen in liquid steel from improved tundish to bloom increases, the macro-inclusion content decreases by 44. 9% .  
摘要:With decreasing the outside diameter of 0. 45C steel tube before 6 stands reducing and the total reducing rate respectively from 132 mm and 12. 95% to 128 mm and 9. 87% , decreasing single stand reducing rate and improving roll pass design parameters for faint tension reducing, the hexagonal bore index P value of Φ114 mm x 22 mm 0. 45C steel tube produced by three roll mill decreases to 0. 45% - 0. 67% from original 1.40% 〜1.52% , therefore the deformity of hexagonal bore of faint tension-stretched reducing steel tube is obviously decreasing.  
摘要:Bi free-cutting steel 1215M (% : 0. 06C, 0. 04Si, 1. 25Mn, 0. 39S, 0. 17Bi) has been developed to replace Pb free-cutting steel SUM24L. The flow sheet for production of Bi free-cutting steel is 40 t UHP EAF- 40 t LF (feeding Bi wire)-180 mm X 180 mm CC-continuous rolling process. Test results show that the distribution of inclusions in Φ9 mm coil of Bi free-cutting steel 1215M is homogeneous, and the cutting performance of Bi free-cutting steel 1215M is better than that of S free-cutting steel SUM23HS and is equal to Pb free-cutting steel SUM24L.  
摘要:Effect of each steelmaking stage on nitrogen content in liquid 0. 45C steel and 42CrMo steel is studied by analysis on nitrogen in sampling liquid steels at each stage of 100 t BOF-LF-RH-CC flow sheet at Huaigang Special Steel. It is obtained that there are nitrogen pick up at each stage except argon blowing and RH stage: the nitrogen pick up at long nozzle between ladle and tundish makes up 40% of the total nitrogen pick up value, that at LF refining stage makes up 35% and at BOF tapping stage makes up 20%. Therefore the key operation measures for control of nitrogen content in liquid steel are to control BOF end point nitrogen content in liquid, control LF slag layer thickness, avoid adding alloy and recarburization practice in LF refining, suitably prolong RH treatment time and increase long nozzle argon sealing effect.  
摘要:In light of the problem of low yield of pipe for petroleum produced by Φ114mm cross roll piercing elongation(CPE)mill,an analysis on production process flow sheet has been carried out. It is obtained that hot-sawing on pipe in middle procedure and hot-cutting ends are two factors led to low yield. With adopting the improved alignment method as pipe moved to cooling bed and the pointing process,the comprehensive yield of Φ73.0 mm×5.5 mm and P88.9 mm× 6.5 mm pipes for petroleum increases to84.5%~85.0% from original 78%  
摘要:Ultra-low carbon ferrite stainless steel 00Crl2Ti ( % : ≤0. 030C, 10. 50-11. 75Cr, 6 x C ~ 0. 75Ti) is melted by 90 t K-OBM-S converter - 90 t VOD - 90 t LF - CC process. Production practice show that with increasing free oxygen content in steel (5 〜10) x 10-6and blowing argon stirring time ( 1 ~ 12 min) , the yield of titanium decreases; and the yield of titanium by feeding titanium wire in LF is higher than that by adding titanium alloy biscuit in VOD process ; with controlling total oxygen content in steel ≤35 x 10-6free oxygen content ≤6 X 10-6( Cr2O3+ FeO + MnO) ≤ 1 % in VOD process, stirring time 5 ~ 10 min, argon flow rate 50 ~80 L/min, and using feeding titanium wire process in LF, the yield of titanium is up to 60% ~ 75%.

摘要:Effect of reentrant casting of slab on the side reversal ( both side roughness band) of hot rolled coil and the mold life is obtained by test of reentrant casting of 180 mm X 1 238 mm 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel slab. Results show that as the cast slab side reentrant value is 3 ~4 mm, the average width of side reversal of coil decreases to 9. 3 mm from original 11.2 mm, it is available to increase the utilization rate of coil, while the damage of mold is minor.  
摘要:Effect of parameters of quenching at 890 〜930 ℃ for 25 ~45 min and tempering at 570 ~610 ℃ for 50 〜 80 min on structure and mechanical properties of 245 mm x 12 mm tube of steel 25MnV (% : 0. 25 〜0. 30C, 1. 50 ~ 1. 80Mn, 0. 06 ~0. 15V) has been studied by measured CCT curves and orthogonal test of heat treatment. Results show that with austenizing at 910 °C for 35 min, water quenching, and tempering at 590 ℃ for 65 min, the comprehensive mechanical properties of casing tube are optimum i. e. yield strength 878 ~906 MPa, tensile strength 923 ~ 963 MPa and elongation 16. 6% ~ 17. 4% to meet the standard requirement.  
摘要:Effect of relative process parameters of an 85 t VOD refining unit on end nitrogen content in ultra-pure ferrite stainless steel 00Crl8Mo2 and 00Crl7Mo is analyzed. Results show that with increasing initial carbon content, decreasing initial nitrogen content, increasing temperature of liquid steel and properly increasing denitriding time, the end nitrogen in liquid steel decreases; and with controlling initial carbon content in liquid steel- 0. 4% ~0. 9% , treading temperature ≥ 1590 °C , vacuum ≤70 Pa, denitriding time 15 〜20 min, blowing argon rate for stirring 8 ~ 15 L/(min • t) and initial nitrogen content in liquid steel ≤0.017 0% , the end nitrogen content in liquid steel is 0. 006 4% ~ 0.009 5% .  
摘要:With taking the technology measures such as increasing Mn content in steel from 1. 55% ~ 1.65% to 1,75% 〜1. 85% , replacing 0. 20% ~0. 25% Ni in steel by 0. 25% 〜0. 35% Cr, adding 0. 01 % ~0. 04% Ti for microalloying, controlling [ N] ≤80 x 10-6and [O] ≤15 x 10-6by RH vacuum treatment, decreasing casting secondary cooling water rate from 0. 11 L/kg to 0. 08 L/kg and modifying water distribution ratio to increase temperature of bloom at outlet from 620 ~ 680 ℃ to 700 ~ 750 °C , bloom cooling with shielding and bar products slow cooling, the production cost of R3 grade mooring chain steel is reduced, the longitudinal cracks of 350 mm x 470 mm cast bloom are eliminated and the strength and the toughness at -20 ℃ of products all meet the requirement of standard.  
摘要:Nb-RE microalloying high speed steel TGM2 (% : 0. 88 ~ 0. 89C, 4. 14 ~ 4. 16Cr, 4. 73 〜4. 76Mo, 6. 09 〜6. 12W, 1.85 ~ 1.86V, 0. 05 〜0. 10Nb, 0. 05 〜0.06RE) was melted by 25 t EAF- 30 t LF (VD, adding Nb- RE) - 1 t ESR process. Test results show that with Nb-RE microalloying, the grain size of quenched Φ96 mm bar of high speed steel TGM2 is obviously fine i. e. the grain rating increases to 10 ~ 10. 5 from 9. 5 of original steel without microalloying; the hardness HRC of quenched and tempered Nb-RE steel is 65. 2 ~65. 8 and its red hardness HRC at 600 °C for 4 h is 62. 1 〜62. 3 ; as compared with original TGM2 steel without added Nb-RE, the service life of tool manufactured by Nb- RE TGM2 steel increases by 20%.

摘要:Effect of 0 ~ 0. 21 % Ti and 0 ~0. 29% Nb on structure, recrystallization texture, mechanical properties and formabilitv of ultra-low carbon ferrite stainless steel Cr18 (% : 0. 008 ~0. 009C, 17. 48 ~ 17. 57Cr) has been studied. Results show that the grain size of annealed cold rolled sheet of Nb stabilized steel is finer than that of Ti stabilized steel; the {111} < 112 > orientation density of cold-rolled sheet by Ti-Nb stabilization is maximum, that by Ti stabilization is second and that by Nb stabilization is minimum; the strain-hardening exponent n- value of annealed cold-rolled sheet by Ti, Nb and Ti-Nb stabilization is respectively 1. 55, 1. 12 and 1.48, therefore the formability of annealed cold-rolled sheet by Ti and Ti-Nb stabilization is excellent.  
摘要:CCT curves and effect of nickel content on ductility and tensile strength of weathering steel 09CuPCrNi (% : 0. 08C, 0. 34 ~0. 35Cu, 0. 091 〜0. 099 P, 0. 53 〜0. 55 Cr, 0.02 ~0. 27Ni) at 700 〜1 300 ℃ have been measured and studied by using Gleeble 3000 thermal simulator. Results show that with decreasing Ni content to 0. 02% from 0. 27% , the Ar1and Ar3of steel increase respectively to 710. 1 °C and 882. 5 °C from 670. 2 °C and 860. 0 °C , and the bainite and martensite transformation occur earlier while the high temperature embrittlement zone at 800 °C is widen and that at 950 °C disappears. The tensile strength of 0. 02% Ni weathering steel 09CuPCrNi at ambient temperature is 475 ~485 MPa with elongation 32% ~34% and impact energy 72 ~ 84 J to meet the application requirement of the weathering steel.  
摘要:Effects of normal nitriding process with 280 Pa at 560 ℃ for 12 h and cycling plasma nil rich: g process with 170 Pa at 560 °C for 3 h then quick cooling to ambient temperature on structure, hardness, gradient of hardness, and wear resistance of nitride layer of steel 38CrMoAl ( % : 0. 35 - 0. 42C, 1. 35 ~ 1.65 Cr, 0. 15 - 0. 25 Mo, 0. 70 - 1. 10 Al) have been tested. Results show that the cycling plasma nitriding process is available to decompose ε phase at surface layer, led to favorable nitriding of γ′ phase in steel: in the condition of getting same surface hardness of nitrided layer and gradient of hardness, the nitriding rate by cycle plasma nitriding process is obvious high than that by normal nitriding process, and the wear resistance of nitrided steel is improved.  
摘要:Effect of Nb content on oxidation resistance and tensile strength at 1 150 T of as-cast alloy HP40 ( % : 0. 40C, 25Cr, 35Ni, 0. 15Mo, 0. 05Ti, 0. 4 〜2. 1 Nb) melted by a 10 kg vacuum induction furnace has been studied by Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation machine. Results show that the HP40 alloy contained 0. 8% Nb has excellent comprehensive high temperature properties that is at 1 150 ℃ , the oxidation weight gain- 0. 766 g/( m2·h) is lowest and the tensile strength (52 MPa) is highest.

摘要:Heavy rail of steel U75 V is rolled by 14 passes rough-rolling (BD1) - intermediate rolling (BD2) and 6 passes CCS finishing rolling ( UR1ER, UR2, UR3EF and UF) from 280 mm x 380 mm cast bloom. The structure in deformed sample of heavy rail of steel U75V at different pass was observed by using metallographic microscope. Results show that with increasing pass reduction ratio of heavy rail steel at BD1 E, BD2B, UR] and UF, the ratings of pearlite grain size at head, waist and bottom of heavy rail increase respectively from 6.0〜6. 5,6. 0 ~ 6. 5 and 6. 0 ~ 6. 5 to 8. 0 ~ 8. 5 , 7. 5 〜 8. 0 and 8. 0 ~ 8. 5 , at that the spaces between lamellae of pearlite decrease respectively from 0. 51 |±m, 0. 41 μm and 0. 49 to 0. 29 μm, 0. 27 μm and 0. 25 μm, that are available to increase the mechanical properties of heavy rail.
