摘要:The development of are furnace steel in China and world as well as the resource and energy characteristics for scrap stcel-electric are furnace steelmaking flow sheet are analyzed,it is obtained that this flow sheet is beneficial to recycle economy and environmental protection.The ratio of arc furnace steel output to total output of steel produced in world was 33. 1%,while the ratio of that in China was only 17.6%,according to domestic natural resource and energy resources conditions,with improving energy structure and increasing scrap steel accumulated amount,the scrap steel-electric arc furnace steclmaking flow sheet has larger long-term developing space.  
摘要:The hot continuous rolling process of 効00 mm Hll steel round bar for mandrel has been simulated and studied by using MSC. MARC 3- dimensional thermo-mechanical coupled elasto-plastic finite element method (FEM) and contact analysis technique. It is obtained by analysis that with decreasing last pass roller speed Vr the compression extent between passes increased; with increasing last pass roller speed Vrthe tensile extent between passes increased; therefore it is available to modify the relation between compression and tensile, the rolling load change and the widening extent of rolling products by change Vrvalue in order to increase the product dimension precision. It is concluded that the light compression technology between passes shall be adopted during heavy round steel continuous rolling to keep the stability of rolling load and torque and guarantee the requirement of product dimension precision.

摘要:Based on thermodynamic function of hot metal predesulphurizing reaction and desulphurizing reaction rate, the conditions beneficial to hot metal predesulphurization was analyzed. The test of lime-based hot metal predesulphurization was carried out by a 10 kg medium frequency induction furnace with stepless speed changing screw stirrer, and based on orthogonal experiment it was obtained that as the hot metal was predesulphurized by using predesulphurizer of 44% lime, 3% coke, 22% calcium carbide, 18% fluorite and 13% industrial alkali with dosage 10 kg/t, the sulphur content in metal decreased to 0.010% 〜0.013%, the desulphurizing rate was up to 86.25% .  
摘要:The structure,strength and impact toughness of linepipe steel X80-0.04C,1.87Mn,0.27Mo,0.06Nb, 0.006V,0.017Ti were tested and compared with linepipe steel X70.The exarination results showed that as structure of the linepipe steel X80 was acicular ferrite + fine dispersed bainite,the steel had better stength and toughness,its tensile strength was up to 750 MPa and ratio of tensile strength to yield strength was nearly up to 0.85,all was high than that of pipeline steel X70.  
摘要:The morphology and formation of surface and internal crack of 304 stainless steel 1200 mm×2 mm casting strip produced by twin-roll concasting process were tested and analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). Due to adopting high thermal conduction copper mould, the surface and interal cracks with length up to 140 mm and depth 0.33 mm occurred in strip and there was delamination phenomenon in strip scction. The test results showed that the cooling rate of molten steel in copper mold came to(1~4)×103K/s;because strip strand touched low temperature mold roller,the temperature gradient in solidification was up to 105K/m,the internal stress producad by temperature difference and steess concentration led to crack formation;and the inclusions such as MnS,MnO,Cr₂O₃ are crack initation.  
摘要:The viscosity of fluxes was measured by rotational viscometer method with RTW-08 measuring device for properties of matter of molten mass. The test results showed that the fluxing effect of B₂O₃ was equivalent to that of CaF₂ in based slag 46CaO- 10BaO- 11.2SiO₂- 11.6Al₂O₃;and in based slag CaO-SiO₂- 10BaO- 11.6Al₂O₃- 10CaF2with basicity(CaO +BaO)/(SiO₂+B₂O₃)being 2.5 or 2.8,the high temperature fluxing property of refining slag replaced 1/4 SiO₂ with B₂O₃ was stable,of which the viscosity value decreased to 0.3~0.5 Pa.s,and with basicity 2.8 refning slag containing 20.6SiO₂ the desulphurization rate of molten steel was 85%(S content decreased from 0.008% to 0.0016%),while with slag containing 10.3SiO₂- 10.3B₂O₃ the desulphurization rate was 91.3%(S content decreased from 0.008% to 0.0007%)  
摘要:The evolution law of magnetic induction of traveling wave stirer developed for the concasting slab was determined by using 3- dimensional Gauss meter in laboratory. The test results showed that the magnetic induction of developed two-side stirrer linearly increased with increasing input current at given input frequency and distance between relative magnetie pale pairs,and as the input curent was ~600 A, the magnetic induction at center of stirer was up to 600×10-4T. The measured results using single side secondary cooling magnetic stiring in situ of(180~220)mmx(900~1630)mm slab concaster obtained that as input curent only is 445~595 A developed two side stirer the magnetic induction at center magnetic field shall be up to(450~600)×10-4T,it is available to increase stiring eficiency  
摘要:The effect of Ca-Si and FeS adding order in Ca-treatment process and Ca/S ratio for steel on morphology and quality of sulphide in 0.048%~0.065% S medium-carbon steel(0.46~0.57C,0.83~0.94Mn,0.21~0.24Cr, 0.03~0.04Mo)has been studied by a carbon tube fumnace in laboratory.the results showed that the length and quantity of sulphide in steel by treatment first adding FeS then adding Ca-Si were obviously lower than that first adding Ca-Si then adding FeS;and with increasing Ca/S ratio in steel, the quantity of spherical multi-phase inclusions increased while the quantity of strip-shapc MnS decreased,of which the size increased. The available Ca/S ratio for steel by compound treatment using Ca-Si is ~0.03.  
摘要:The precipitate behavior of second phase and structure of 0.08C- 1.0Mn-Nb+Ti<0.10 microalloy high strength steel 1.5 mm sheet deformed by 53% annealed at 650 ℃ and 680 ℃ has been tested and studied by transmission electron microscope. the results showed that the second phase in test steel was(Ti,Nb)(C,N)compound precipitate phase, generally the size of second phase particles was 20~30 nm,and with increasing annealing temperature the amount of second phase increased. The higher strength(yield strength ≥480MPa at 650 ℃)is due to second phase precipitate strength and inhabiting gain growth to form fine grain.  
摘要:A technology of inner-outer couple cooling of molten steel in mold for 1 240 mm x 200 mm slab concasting i, e, to set an inner cooling apparatus- U shape pipes has been advanced to enhance efficiency of heat transfer and improve flow of molten steel. The flow status of molten steel in the inner-outer couple cooling mold was simulated by using fluid dynamics software. It is found that the flow status of molten steel in mold is uniform by using inner U- shape cooling apparatus, which has effect of electromagnetic trig to be favourable to inclusion in steel floating up.  
摘要:The liquidus temperature of steel 0,14% ~ 0.76% C, 0.48% - 1.48% Mn containing 0.0009% ~ 0,003 0%Ca and steel 0,15% ~ 0.63%C, 0.56%~1.32%Mnfree Ca has been measured by differential thermal analysis method (DTA) , With comparison between analysis value and calculation value, it is obtained that the average influence coefficient A value of calcium element on liquidus temperature of steel is - 0.142 5, and the accuracy of overheat control during casting calcium treated molten steel is improved by amending conventional steel liquidus temperature formula.  
摘要:The smelting of stainless steel has been developed by using powder injection process for desiliconization, dephosphorization and desulphurization of hot metal with pretreatment device,a 30 t EBT UHP EAF for smelting iron alloy and partial scrap, a 75 t K-OBM-S top and bottom combincd blown converter and VOD refining at Taiyuan Steel. Its capacity has been up to 50× 10°t/a.The selection of processes,definition of major equipment,development of key technologies and application effect including hot metal dephosphorization,K-OBM-S smelting stainless steel model,free argon smeling various stainless steels and high quality extra-pure ferrite stainless steel smelting are presented emphatically.  
摘要:By comparison with quenching and tempering steels the non-quenched-tempered steels not only decrease production cost but also can avoid deformation of parts by heat treatment and decrease deviation of mechanical properties. The advance in ferrite-pearlite high toughness non-quenched-tempered steels, bainite and martensite non-quenched-tempered steels and current production and application of domestic non-quenched-tempered steel are presented.  
摘要:The wearing condition of Φ600 mm×2000 mm CVC roll made of 3.50C- 1.20Si- 1.20Mn-2. 10Cr-4.50Ni- 0.80Mo high chromium high nickel casting iron has been measured in site at CSP hot rolling mill, Lianyuan Steel. The results showed that the roll wearing presented typical box shape,the effect of temperatture on roll wearing was obvious, and the maximum cffective location was at midway of box bottom with maximum difference was 85.1 μm. Since the grinding accuracy of roll grinding machine is ≤10 μm,therefore the roll should be cooling to less than 10 ℃ before grinding.  
摘要:The ingredients,characteristics and forming accounts of typical defects - scale-shaped outer-overlap,entraped slag outer-overlap and dregs pit of steel 36Mn2V N80 oil pipe were analyzed. The occured rate of N80 oil pipe typical defects decreased to less than 2% from 5%~6% and tube product yield increased to 86.65% from 82.20% by controlling end[C]≥0.05%,LF[Al]0.02%,slagging amount during tapping and constant liquid steel level in tundish(≥ 600 mm).  
摘要:The bearing steel GCrl5 is produced by 60 t converter -60 t ladle furnace(LF)- 150 mm×150 nm billet concasting process at Shijiazhuang Steel. The process practice showed that the oxygen cortent in steel was effectively controlled by catch carbon practice with average converter end [C] 0.30%,improving process to control slagging amount during corverter tapping,using CaO-SiO₂-Al₂O₃ high basicity slag in LF refining,adopting casing tube and argon blown protection from ladle to tundish and using sealing washer at tundish nozzle.The statistic results showed that the oxygen content in bearing steel,25 heats,was(6.5~11.9)× 10-⁶,the average oxygen content was 10.2×10-⁶.  
摘要:The low carbon low silicon aluminum killed steel ML08Al(%:≤0.08C,0.20~0.50Mn,≤0.06Si, 0.02Al)was produced by 83 t top-bottom combined blown converter - 83 t ladle furnace - 6 strand 150 mmx 150 mm billet concaster process at Baotou Steel. The operation practice showed that the aluminum content in steel was regularly 0.02%~ 0.09% by 43Al- 13Mn-2Ti alloy deoxidation during tapping of converter instead of Al brick; the nozle clogging was avoided as sulphur content in steel was less than 0.01% to decrease amount of CaS formed in molten steel; and the resilicon amount decreased by decrease down slag amount and adding 400 kg lime in tapping of converter,and regulate deoxidation reagent adding amount and time to ensure silicon content in steel no more than 0.06%

摘要:The free cutting steel 12L14(≤0. 15C,0.85~1. 15Mn,0.26~0.35S,0. 15~0.35Pb)is produced by process of 60 t Consteel electric are fumace - alloying during EBT tapping- concasting at Guiyang Stecl. The production results showed that the difference in content of lead at section of cast billet was ±0.02% and the yield of lead was 60%~ 70% by feeding mechanism continuously to add 20 mm diameter balls with adding rate 120 pills/min in impact zone of tundish and argon stiring in tundish. The results of cutting by user indicated that the steel had excellent cutting property.

摘要:The cold upsetting steel is produced by hot metal pretreatment - LD- ladle argon stiring process. It is obtained that the multi- elements compound inclusions in steel lead to cold upseting crack of steel based on analysis of structure and inclusions of cold upsetting crack of 0.23C-0.69Mn steel for rivet by scarning electon microscope and energy dispersive x- ray spectometer. With increasing ladle bottom blowing argon pressure from 0.3 MPa to 0.6~1.0 MPa,modified original blowing argon procedure - soft blowing argon after Ar stiring for 1 min and total blowing argon for 3 min to impruved blowing argon procedure - soft blowing argon after Ar stiring for 3 min and total blowing argon for more than 6 min,and improving baking process for tundish to decrease inclusion MgO,the cold upsetting crack of steel for rivet was effectively avaided.

摘要:The CCr15 bearing steel is produced at Laiwu Steel by using foaming slag submerged are operation in whole period of EAF steelmaking,EBT tapping alloying,LF secondary refining slag basicity being 4.0~5.0,main composition of refining slag-45~50CaO,9~13SiO₂,9~13Al₂O₃,7~8MgO,diffusion-deoxidizing by SiC and Ar stiring with flow rate 40~60 L/min,VD treatment time ≥15 min,and casting with shielding practice in whole period. The average oxygen content in GCr15 bearing steel is 7.9×10-6and the maximum oxygen content is 10×10-6.  
摘要:The P content in molten steel during eccentric bottom tapping of Consteel electric are furnace was ≤0.010% by controlling temperature of molten steel 1560~1590 ℃ and melting with foaming slag in whole period. The oxygen content in bearing steel produced at Guiyang Stecl was(5~11)×10-⁶,average oxygen content was 9×10-⁶ by low basicity compound slag refining in ladle furnace,≤67 Pa VD treatment with Ar stiring for 20 min, Shield cast in whole period and mold electromagnetic stiring for 150 mm×150 mm billet casting.  
摘要:The Φ210~310 mm round tube billet of gas bottle steels such as steel and steel 30CrMo and 37Mn are produced by 150 t EAF- 150 t LF(VD)- CC process at Tianjin Pipe Co.The production statistic data showed that during LF refining using ≥50Si,≥12Ca,≥13Ba alloy to replace total aluminium deoxidization,the [Alt] decreased to 0.006% from 0.026%,the oxygen content in steel was 25×10-6with the result that the cleanliness of steel increased and the clack rejection rate decreased obviously.
