摘要:The technology revamping of removing the cold steel in inner wall of vacuum chamber of 100t RH unit at steel by top oxygen blowing process to replace original nature gas baking process has been studied. The numerical simulation on velocity field with oxygen lance level 5. 5 〜7. 5 m and oxygen flow rate 750 ~ 1 300 m3/h is carried out and based on calculation it is defined that the RH top oxygen blowing with lance level 5. 5 ~6. 5 m and oxygen flow rate 900 ~ 1 200 m3/h to remove the cold steel is available. Commercial production application results show that the RH continuous processing capacity significantly increases by the top oxygen blowing to remove cold steel process, the RH monthly processing capacity increases from original less than 28. 5% to about 36.0% , and the highest RH processing percentage of single month is up to 48. 8%.
摘要:The effect of top oxygen lance level (150~230mm) and flow rate (44~48m3/h) of geometric similarity 1:10 water model for 300t top and bottom combined blowing converter on mixing time of liquid has been studied. It is obtained by simulation results that the optimum lance level is 170mm and optimum flow rate is 45m3/h.The application results of 300t top and bottom combined blowingconverter show that with top lance flow rate 60000m3/hand bottom blowing flow rate 1000m3

摘要:The effect of inclination of submerged nozzle -7°~-11° with casting speed 0.9m/min on shell thickness ,shell temperature and free surface flow in mold for 220mm x 1600mm slab has been studied by numerical simulation method. The simulation and application results show that taking liquid steel flow with casting speed 0.8m/min and inclination of nozzle -15° as criterion and compared calculation results with criterion process curves the optimizing process scheme is nozzle inclination -11° with casting speed 0.9m/min. Commercial production application results show that after using the optimization process the mold narrow face alarm rate of recurrence per month from 15 times to 0 time and the quality of cast slab surface has definite improvement.
摘要:The production flow sheet of tested high grade non-oriented silicon steel (/% : 0.006C, 3.28Si, 0.22Mn, 0.030P, 0.007S) is 180t BOF-vacuum refining-230mm x(900~1750)mm slab casing-hot rolled to 2.02mm plate-cold rolled to 1.65mm sheet. The causes and mechanism of edge cracks of cold rolled high grade silicon steel sheet are analyzed by testing edge composition and structure, mechanical properties, micro morphology of cutting side and fracture of hot rolled base plate. Results show that the edge crack of cold rolled sheet of high grade silicon steel is cleavage fracture, the mixed grain structure existing in edge of hot rolled plate led to decreasing plasticity and round saw cutting to cause crack and small pits in cutting band are main reason lo cause edge cracks in cold rolling process; besides the segregation of S and Mn at edge fracture is an important factor for the cracks initiation. With the measures including decreasing the temperature differential between edge and middle during hot rolling process, decreasing the side interval of round cutter to 280 μm from 410 μm after hot rolling, and improving the electromagnetic stirring parameters from 380 A/3 Hz to 350 A/6 Hz, the occurring rate of edge cracks of high grade silicon steel cold sheet decreases from original 14% to 4%.
摘要:With the deoxidation by adding ferroaluminium and ferrosilicon in EAF tapping and the LF initial refining slag (/%:27.39~37.34 Al2O338.42~38.68 CaO,14.20~18.38 SiO28.50~10.72 MgO,0.82~0.89 FeO,0.27~0.33 MnO,0.69~0.74 S,0.66~0.75TiO2(CaO)/(SiO2)=2.09~2.72,(CaO)/(Al2O3)=1.04~1.40),at LF end point the T[O] is 0.0012% ~0.0019% , the T[N] is 0.0043% ~0.0050% , and the [Ti] and [Ca] are respectively 0.002% and 0.006% ~ 0.009%. The analysis on oxide inclusions in bearing steel GCr15 at LF refining end show that the main oxide inclusions in steel are magnesia-alumina spinel (MgO·Al2O3) and calcium oxide-niagnesium-alumina spinel (CaO·MgO·Al2O3) ; the average size of magnesia-alumina spinel is less than 0. 5μm, and as MnS, TiN etc precipitated on them the average size increases; the average size of calcium oxide-inagnesia-alumina is normally more than 2μm and in refining temperature this inclusions are liquid state and easily aggregate and grow up, their size ( 1.39 〜2.12μm) is more than solid status calcium oxide-magnesia-alumina-MnS, so easily removed by floating up and absorbed by refining slag. With decreasing sulfur content in liquid during refining process, the average size of bearing MnS compound inclusions with core of magnesium-alumina and calcium oxide-magnesium-alumina spinel decreases. With suitable decrease of MgO content in refining end slag, optical basicity and viscosity of end slag the amount and average size of inclusions in steel shall be decreased.
摘要:The tested bearing steel 9Cr18Mo (/% : 0.98C, 0.21 Si, 0.32Mn, 0.005P, <0. 001S, 16.95Cr, 0.51Mo) is melted by 500 kg vacuum induction melting furnace (VIM) -electroslag remelting unit (ESR) -vacuum arc remelting unit (VAR) triplex process, forged breakdown and rolled to Φ30 mm bar products. The gas content, deleterious elements content and non-metallic inclusions in steel 9Crl8Mo are examined and analyzed. Results show that the triplex process is available to increase the cleanliness of bearing steel, the oxygen content in tested steel 9Cr18Mo is 0.0008% , nitrogen content is 0.0038% and the S content is <0. 001 % , and with controlling the Ti content and pentad-deleterious elements content in raw materials, in finished products the Ti content is <0.002% , the Sn, As and Sb content are respectively <0.002% and the Pb and Bi content are respectively <0.0001 % ; by triplex process the nonmetallic inclusions in steel is a little, and the inclusions with size less than 3μm amount are more than 90% of total inclusions up to quite high cleanliness level.Material Index Bearing Steel 9Cr18Mo, Cleanliness, VIM-KSR-VAR Triplex Melting Process, Inclusions.
摘要:With desulphurizing treatment on low titanium blast furnace slag by blowing CO2method, the rate of removing sulfur from low titanium blast furnace slag is 66.59% ~78.01 % and the residual sulfur content in blast furnace slag is 0.137% ~0.283% , therefore the sulfur content in prepared low sulfur and low titanium blast furnace basically meets the requirements of LF refining slag for steel HRB400E. By using low sulfur and low titanium blast furnace slag the ingredient of end slag of LF refining is /% : 37.40 ~46.50 CaO, 12.30 ~15.10 MgO, 21.70〜26.70 SiO25.74~17.00 Ag , 2.44~3.39 TiO20.36~1.42 MnO, 0.75~1.62 Fe2O3and 0.200〜0.597 S, the desulphurized rate of liquid is 10.0% ~41.5% , and the end [S] of steel HRB400E is 0.008% ~0.029% , it is about equal to the effect of desulphurization by using present process refining slag-ladle slag and drained hot slag ( LF refining end slag ingredient /% : 34.30 〜42.90 CaO, 13.60 〜18.10 MgO, 24.00 〜26.50 SiO2,4.88 -11.00 A12O30.71 ~1.12 TiO20.47~1.47 MnO, 0.81~1.72 Fe2O30.245〜1.132 S; end [S] of steel HRB400E 0.027% ~0.032% ).
摘要:With the thermal compensation technology including using CO secondary burning, 3.5% ~5.0% Si high carbon ferrochromium and alloys baking, the reduced product SiO, decreases by 800 kg to increase the deoxidation ability of silicon; with controlling AOD slag basicity 2.3~2.4 and carried out secondary reduction in AOD refining, and adding 5 kg/t active lime in LF refining process, the efficiency of deoxidation and desulphurization increases by more than 30% ; and with ( CaO)/( SiO2)= 2.2 of CaO-SiO2-MgO slag series controlling adding amount of fluorite amounting to 13%~17% of the total lime to get better slag viscosity and be available to slagging and absorbing inclusions, the total oxygen content in Φ5.5 mm wire rod decreases to 30 x 10-6~ 40 x 10-6from 60 x 10-6~ 90 x 10-6before optimization and the S content decreases to 0.003% ~0.007% from original 0.005% ~ 0.010% .
摘要:The production process flowsheet of steel 508III for nuclear power welding (/% :0.09~0.12C, 0.30~0.40Si, 1.45〜1.65Mn, ≤0.008P, ≤0.008S. 0.45~0.60Mo, 0.60~0.75Ni) is 20t EAF-LF-VD-4t ingot-forged to 150 mm x 150 mm billet-rolled to Φ5.5 mm coil. With process measures including using quality charge, high basicity slag and high FeO content, and controlling liquid temperature 1550 ~ 1570 °C , the EAF end [P]is ≤0.002% , and using low phosphorus alloys, the phosphorus content in steel is ≤0.006% ; in LF refining process using silicon-calcium alloy for killing and SiC powder for diffusion deoxidation, and using CaO-Al2O3-SiO2slag series with basicity 5.0~5.5, in VD process vacuum ≤67 Pa and Ar flow rate 30~50 L/min, and shielding casting etc measures the analysis results of 3 heats steel show that the gas content in steel is 1.3 x 10-6~1.5 x 10-6[H] , 10 x10-6~14 x 10-6[ 0] and 44 x 10-6~58 x 10-6[N] to meet the cleanliness requirement of steel 508Ⅲ for nuclear power wielding.
摘要:The production process flowsheet for developed gear steel 20CrMnTiH with narrow hardenability band is metal pre~desulphurizalion-130t BOF-LF-RH-280 mm x 280 mm bloom casting-rolling to Φ60 mm round bar. With designed interior composition (/% : 0.18 ~ 0.20C, 0.20 ~ 0.30Si, 0.90 〜0.98Mn, ≤0. 025P, ≤0. 010S, 0.05 ~ 0.07Ti,≤0.0015O) , setting mold electromagnetism stirring parameters 200A, 2.5Hz, controlling casting speed 0.62 m/min, liquid superheating extent 15〜30 °C , the examination results show that the chemical composition is stable, the oxygen content in steel ≤1.3 x 10-6the rating of nonmetallic inclusions ≤1.0, the rating of banding structure ≤2.0 and the AHRC value of hardenability band ≤3.5 to meet the requirement of products specification.

摘要:By analysis on steelmaking data of 150t BOF 3000 heats with 10% 〜17% FeO in slag, slag melting point less than 1450°C and viscosity 1.0 ~1.2 P, it is obtained the effect of BOF index of oxidation of slag (IOS) and slag optical basicity Λxon slag-steel phosphor partition ratio. In order to improve the dephosphorizing capacity, in BOF steelmaking model the dynamic amount of lime addition is set to promote the optical basicity Λxof end slag near to aim Λx=0. 7 ±0. 01 with slag ingredient near to 2CaO·SiO2phase; and in steelmaking model, by priority selecting the aim hot metal reduction index Rli 5. 8 ~ 6. 6, setting the aim oxygen blowing index OMI 1.05 ~ 1.20, and optimizing the index of oxidation of slag IOS bing 10 ~ 15, the iron loss decreases and the dephosphorization effect is ensured.

摘要:The oxygen content in IF steel (/% :≤0.005C, ≤0.04Si, 0.05~0.20Mn, ≤0.015P, ≤0.015S, 0.03~0.06Als) before adding aluminium in RH refining process is 340 x 10-6~467 x 10-6and the types, size and number of inclusions in steel after adding aluminium for 2~10 min have been studied by ASPEX scanning electron microscope. Results show that the main type of inclusions in IF steel alter deoxidation by adding aluminium in RH refining process is alumina, with increasing circulation time of RH refining the number of inclusions in liquid decreases ; with after adding aluminium for 6 min it is available to alloying operation and further prolonging circulation time the removing rate of inclusions in liquid slows down; as the initial oxygen content in IF liquid before adding aluminium is rather higher, it may be appropriate to extend circulation time to 8 min then to alloying.

With the process measures including controlling EAF end [C]0.06%~0.10% and end [P]0.006% , pre-deoxidizing by adding 1kg/t aluminium block during tapping, controlling LF refining slag basicity 2.5~3.0, soft argon stirring for ≥10 min after feeding calcium wire, VD ≤67 Pa, argon stirring with 100 x2 L/min for ≥15 min, supper heat extent of liquid in tundish 20~30℃ , casting mold electromagnetic stirring with 310 A and 1.5 Hz in casting, shielding casting and casting speed 0.34~0.35 m/min, the [O], [N] and [ N ] in 10 heats of steel 4Cr5MoSiVl is respectively 10 x 10-6~ 12 x 10-672 x 10-6~ 80 x 10-6and 1. 2 x 10-6〜1.4 x 10-6and each index of steel all meet the requirement of specification.
摘要:The production flowsheet of 240 mm slab of tested steel 1500MS (/% : 0.20C, 0.31Si, 1.39Mn, 0.011P, 0.001S, 0.028Als, 0.26Cr, 0.028Ti, 0.0018B, 0.0048N) is 250t BOF-LF-RH-slab CC process. The mechanical properties of tested steel at 1350 ~600°C have been measured by using Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation machine to get I-bnttle zone at 1350 ~ 1250°C , and Ⅲ-brittle zone at 650〜750°C,and at 800〜1200 °C the tested steel has better hot plasticity ; and the mathematical model of slab solidification heat transfer is established and the surface temperature of casting slab in solidification process is calculated. The temperature of tested steel of steel 1500MS at straightening zone should be controlled at 800〜1150°C.
摘要:The influence of parameters of shot peening process for surface treatment (compressed air pressure 0.1~0.4MPa, running speed 4~1m/min) on performance of M42 (/% : 1.08C, 1.5W, 9.4Mo, 3.8Cr, 1.2V, 8.0Co) - D6A (/% : 0.48C, 1.0Mo, 1.1Cr, 0.1V, 0.6Ni) bi-metal band-saw blade has been studied by binary image measuring instrument to observe surface compression stress, blade back shot peening coverage rate and tooth tip condition, and tooth tip fracture condition as non-fitting cutting steel GCrl5 bar products and fatigue life of blade back with cutting steel 0.45C and idling fatigue test after shot peening treatment of blade. The results show that with suitable shot peening process- compressed air pressure 0.3 MPa, running speed 3mm/min and blade back shot peening coverage rate reach 100% , after shot peening the stable rounded comer of tooth tip is formed to bear the impact force produced by cutting and vibrating and improve the wear resistance of band-saw blade tooth tip, the average service life of teeth increases by 66% and the tested fatigue life of band-saw blade back increases by 45%~70%.

摘要:The production flowsheet of 20mm plate of tested steel EH420 (/% : 0.20C, 0.38Si, 1.63Mn, 0.007P, 0.001S, 0.062V, 0.017Nb, 0.009Ti, 0.021 Alt, 0.38Ni, 0.015Cu) is 210t BOF-LF-RH-230 mm slab casing-rolling. The tensile test of steel EH420 is carried out at ambient temperature, 450 °C , 480 °C , 500 °C and 600 °C, the morphology of fracture of steel tensile specimen is observed by scanning electron microscope and the fracture mechanism of steel is analyzed. Results show that the yield strength of steel at ambient temperature is 443 MPa and the yield strength of the steel at 480°C is 270 MPa which is basically equal to two-thirds of the yield strength of steel at ambient temperature, therefore the steel EH420 has fire resistance at less than 480 °C.

摘要:The production process flowsheet of steel 15CrMoG for high pressure boiler pipe (/% : 0.12~0.18C, 0.17~0.35Si, 0.40~0.70Mn, ≤0.015P, ≤0.015S, 0.80~1.lOCr, 0.40~0.55Mo, ≤0.020Alt) is 60% hot metal + quality scrap- 100t UHP EAF-LF -VD-Φ500mm bloom casting-rolling. With Al-Si pre-deoxidation in EAF tapping, Si-Ca deoxidation in LF refining, and using optimized refining slag (/% ) : 55~60CaO, 30~35A12O35~10SiO2(CaO)/( A12O3) =1.41~1.74, the Alt content in refined liquid is 0.011%~0.014%. The analysis results on inclusions in Φ140mm and Φ160mm hot rolled products show that the ingredient of inclusions in steel is 10% MnS, 75% calcium aluminate, 7.5% SiO25% oxide containing Ti, and 2.5% others, and the ≤5.0μm inclusions make up more than 95% of the total mount of inclusions in steel to meet the technical requirement of steel 15CrMoG for boiler pipe.
摘要:The mechanical properties of steel SAE8640 280mm x 325mm casting bloom (/% : 0.41C, 0.20Si, 0.80Mn, 0.005S, 0.014P, 0.46Cr, 0.43Ni, 0.21Mo, 0.043All, 0.0011O, 0.0054N) at 550~1200℃ has been measured by using Gleeble 1500 thermal simulation machine, and the morphology of fracture of tensile specimen is observed by scanning electron microscope. Results show that the steel SAE8640 has obvious 3-brittle zone: I brittle zone >1200℃ , II brittle zone 950~1000°C and Ⅲ brittle zone 650~750℃;the reduction of area of steel at 950〜1000°C is 60% and the morphology of tensile fracture is mainly river pattern type fracture, it should be avoid rolling at this temperature range; and the reduction of area of steel at 650~750 °C is ≥65% , the tensile fracture is tough fracture to meet the requirement on plasticity of casting bloom in straightening process.
