      摘要:Through the method of queuing theory, a mathematical model of the queuing of continuous casting billets at cast-rolling interface of the billet straight rolling process is constructed, and a case analysis of the queuing theory is carried out on the billet straight rolling production line of 2 × 70 t EAF-6 strand 150 mm × 150 mm billet at a steel mill. On the premise of ensuring the direct rolling rate, the output of the production line increases by optimizing the direct rolling process, and the liquid steel quantity increases from 1.88 t/min to 2.3 t/min. In the billet direct rolling production system ,the shorter the average waiting time of continuous casting billet, the higher the efficiency of direct rolling production at the production line ; In order to maximize the output of the straight rolling process, it is necessary to satisfy the same amount of steel in the continuous casting process and the rolling process. In order to achieve the highest straight rolling efficiency, that is, the largest straight rolling rate, the average waiting time of the continuous casting slab in the queuing system needs to be less than the limit waiting time of the casting slab. Only when the above two conditions are met at the same time, the casting-rolling connection matching of the billet straight rolling process is optimal.

      摘要:In order to enhance the stirring effect of 180 t ladle bottom blowing argon on molten steel in a steel plant, a mathematical model of bottom blowing argon process is established according to the design parameters of the model. The flow field characteristics of ladle bottom blowing argon process are mathematically simulated by using CFD software fluent. Based on theory of fluid mechanics,the effects of center distance 1/3R ,1/2R and 2/3R and 300-1000 L/min blowing argon flow rate on the velocity flow field,proportion of "dead zone" , as well as mixing time in the ladle are calculated and analyzed. The results indicate that during process of the bottom blowing argon, when the center distance between the permeable brick and bottom center of the ladle is set as 1/2R and the blowing argon flow rate is 600 L/min,the stirring effect is best with mixing time 195 s.

      摘要:The formation mechanism of CaO-MgO-Al2O3inclusions in GCr15 bearing steel at LF refining end point is studied by ASPEX automatic scanning electron microscope combined with thermodynamic theory analysis. The results show that Al2O3is the main type inclusion in molten steel when the LF refining started to reach stability, and then evolves into an approximately spherical Al-Mg-Ca-( S) type composite inclusion at LF refining end. The stable phase diagram of MgO • Al2O3/CaO • A12O3/A12O3shows that MgO •Al2O3can be transformed into CaO-MgO-Al2O3inclusions when [ Ca] is greater than 1.2 x 10-6in molten steel. The MgO • A12O3inclusion would be formed firstly in the refining process, afterwards ,the Ca would react with MgO • A12O3inclusion to form CaO-MgO-A12O3composite inclusion. As a result of the precipitation of CaS inclusion in the solidification, therefor the CaO-MgO-Al2O3-(CaS) composite oxide inclusion is detected in the final steel sample.

      摘要:The hot reduction deformation behaviors of N08800 Iron-Nickel base alloy (/% :0.015C , 20.8Cr , 31.2Ni, 0.42A1 , 0.35Ti) are investigated by hot compression tests with Gleeble-3800 simulated machine. The true stress-true strain curves of alloy at 1150-1280℃ with strain rate 1 ~20 s-1are obtained. The a = 0.0092 and n=4.34, and activation energy (Q) =432780 J/mol of high-temperature deformation constants for N08800 alloy are obtained by linear regression of peak stress, the hot deformation peak constitutive equation of N08800 alloy is established. Results show that in hot reduction deformation process at higher temperature with lower strain rate the dynamic recrystallization of the N08800 alloy occures easily, the suitable hot working parameters are 1200-1250℃ and 1-10 s-1. Commercial production result shows that of N08800 alloy with roughing pass redution 30%-35% , breakdown at 1 150℃ end rolling at 1000℃ ,the 5-6 mm hot rolled coiledge quality is fine.

    • Study on Precipitation and Dissolution Behavior of δ Phase in GH4169 Alloy

      摘要:The precipitation behavior of δ phase of 1 050 °C 1 h solution-treated GH4169 alloy aging treated at 800 ~980 °C and the dissolution rule of δ phase in alloy after 900 °C 20 h pre-precipitation treatment alloy solution-treating at 980 ~ 1 040 °C are studied. The results indicate that the peak temperature of δ phase precipitation occurred at approximately 900 °C. δ phase precipitates in grain boundary and twin boundary first, and δ phase transforms from granular to short rod and even needle. Intragranular δ phase transforms from γ" phase. Growing up mechanism of δ phase is influenced by temperature. δ phase dissolves during no less than 980 °C solution treated from δ phase boundaries first, and then transforms from needle to short rod and granular. Needle-δ phase in grain boundary dissolves faster, and transforms to short rod or granular. The δ phase shall be completely dissolves by solution-treated at ≥1 020 °C.

      摘要:The modification of ladle top slag is an important technological method to prevent secondary oxidation of molten steel, deep deoxidization of molten steel and optimize the removal of inclusions in molten steel. By using 120 t BOF- LF-Plate production line to produce low carbon aluminum killed steel SPHC and 330CL, in LF refining with using carbon- aluminum modifier (/% : ≥35Al2O315~30C,5~15Al, ≤5SiO2,6 - 12CaF2) , as compared with using carbon-free top slag modifier (/% : 40 ~ 60Al2O3≥20Al,2 ~10CaO, ≤10SiO2) , liquid N increment dicreases from 0.000 5% ~ 0.001 5% to ≤0. 001%, rate of desulphurization increases from 40% to 45%

      摘要:根据各合金元素对材料性能、微观组织及焊接冷裂纹等的影响,结合现有设备和工艺技术条件,设计岀80 kg级低温不预热焊接高强钢的化学成分。用该开发钢板做低温不预热焊接Y-形坡口铁研(焊接裂纹)试验发现,空冷48 h后没有出现焊接开裂。同时,在5 ℃、15 ℃及常温下,热输入为20 kJ/cm时,釆用CO2气体保护焊及手工电 弧焊对试验钢板分别进行了'不预热焊接试验,结果表明,该80 kg级髙强钢板在5℃,15℃及常温下不预热焊接接头 的抗拉强度832~857 MPa, -20 ℃焊缝冲击功55~127J,满足标准要求。

      摘要:The composition and process flowsheet of deep water oilfield large size deep subsea pipeline steel have been designed and developed. The experimental batch results of X65QO steel seamless tube show that: through the optimization of micro alloy composition (/% :0.15Mo,0.04Nb,0.09V,0.06Ti),pilger tube rolling process,combined with 930 °C quenching and 670 °C tempering process,the yield strength of X65QO steel grade seamless steel tube for deep sea is ~500 MPa,the tensile strength is ~ 580 MPa, and the low temperature impact at -30°C is more than 300J, the CTOD ( Crack Tip Opening Displacement),welding properties and HIC (Hyrogen-Induced Cracking) properties are good, which fully meet customer requirements.

      摘要:SUS410 half martensitic stainless steel (0.08% ~0.15%C , 12.5%~13.5%Cr) is easy to produce inner surface defects in production of hot rolled thick-walled seamless steel tubes. The localization analysis of the crack defects at inner surface of 139.7 mm x 38.1 mm tube, the results shows that the thermoplastic decline of steel is caused by the large precipitation of δ-ferrite in steel near crack. During the deformation process, the deformation of the two-phase region is not coordinated, and finally cracks appear at the boundary between austenite and δ-ferrite. According to tlie Schaeffler phase diagram, the chemical composition of steel is redesigned, the Cr equivalent /Ni equivalent ratio decreases from 4.51 of originel defect tube to ≤ 3.0, the heating temperature of tube bloom decreases from 1200~1300℃ to 1180~1280 ℃ ,the internal surface defects are effectively solved, and the qualified rate of ultrasonic flaw detection increases to 97.9%.

      摘要:Through the analysis it is obtained that main reason for steel 10B28 scab is that nitrogen content in the molten steel is too high,and titanium in molten steel is not enough to completely fix nitrogen,resulting in a large number of fine BN precipitates at grain boundary, and the slab cracks are formed in the straightening process to form the wire surface scab in rolling process. Through sampling analysis, it is confirmed that the main cause of high nitrogen content in molten steel is slagging to use high nitrogen content (4.6% ) slow-release deoxidizer during refining. By using aluminum shot to replace slow-release deoxidizer , the nitrogen increases in refining process can be reduced from 43. 4 x 10-6to 11.4 x 10-6. By the measures including increasing the BOF tapping carbon from 0.06% to ≥ 0.08% ,reducing the heating power in the early stage of refining, and replace slow-release deoxidizer by Al shot, the nitrogen content of steel 10B28 is stably controlled below 70 x 10-6and the qualified rate of wire rod is increased from less than 50% to ≥ 98%.

      摘要:By optimizing the nozzle parameters of oxygen lance, the oxygen supply intensity of 120 t converter is increased from 3.6 m3/(min•t) to 4.5 m3/(min•t) , and the oxygen lance blowing system and charging system of converter are optimized to ensure the end liquid composition satisfying the requirement of production. The production practice shows that the end-point composition of converter by using the new oxygen lance nozzle is similar to the original process, the oxygen blowing time of converter can be shortened from 15. 1 min to 12. 8 min, the tap-to-tap time can be shortened by 2. 4 min, the total iron content in slag can be reduced from 18.5% to 17.5%, and the annual output can be increased by 120 000 tons.

      摘要:The C75S spring steel (/% :0.72 ~0.74C , 0.29 ~0.32Si , 0.73~0.77Mn , 0.006~0.010P , 0.002~0.005S) hot-rolled wire coil is successfully developed by process flow 100 t EAF→LF→RH→220 ~ 300 mm2cast square bloom→150 mm x 150 mm rolled billet→ϕ5.5~25 mm wire coil, in wire coil the proportion of inclusions below 10μm is about 92% ,the content of sorbite reaches 95% ,and the average lameller distance between die two phases of ferrite and cementite is about 0.1~0.2μm. Also,the wire Rmis 1022 MPa and A is 17.5%.

      摘要:The effect of vacuum conditioning heat treatment temperature (800,825 ,850,875 ,900 ) on the primary recrystallization microstructure, secondary recrystallization structure and magnetic properties of 0.3 mm cold-rolled sheel of grain-oriented silicon steel 30Q140 (/% :0.035C,3.25Si,0.08Mn,0.010P,0. 025S,0.023Al,0. 0065N) is studied. The results show that the partial decarburization of grain-oriented silicon steel can be achieved by using the decomposition water of Mg(OH)2in MgO coating on the steel sheet surface in rapid healing in vacuum conditioning heat treatment. With increasing vacuum conditioning heat treatment temperature, the average grain diameter of vacuum conditioning heat treatment temperature + 1200 ℃ high-temperature annealing steel 30Q140 first increases and then decreases, and the magnetic properties first become better and then worse. The vacuum conditioning heat treatment temperature of the most perfect secondary recrystallization structure and the best magnetic property of steel is 850 °C.

      摘要:The high temperature mechanical properties of 30CrMo fine blanking steel continuous casting slab cooling from 1350 °C with 5 °C/s and 15 °C/s to 600-900 °C and tensioning are tested using Gleeble-3800 thermal simulator. The fracture morphology and microstructure of the tensile specimens are observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, and the mechanism of deformation fracture in each temperature region is discussed. Results demonstrate that with the increase of cooling rate, the overall reduction of area of the slab decreases and the thermo-plasticity of the slab also decreases. The H brittleness temperature range of 30CrMo fine blanking steel is 650 ~750 °C , and raising the comer temperature of the slab in the straightening section of secondary cooling zone to above 800°C can effectively avoid the comer cracking.

      摘要:Widmanstatten structure is harmful which is easy to be produced in hypoeutectoid steel, 0.45%C steel for piston rod of automobile shall not have Widmanstatten structure, but the 45% C steel produced by nomal process (bloom soaking at 1120-1200 ℃,end rolling at 950 ℃) has 0.5~1.0 rating Widmanstatten structure. By increasing aluminum content from original 0.013% to 0.038% , decreasing soaking temperature to 1070-1100 ℃, decreasing end rolling temperature to 800 ℃, the Widmanstatten structure rating reduces from 0.5-1.0 to 0, which effectively prevents the formation of widnianstatten structure 0.45% C steel.

      摘要:According to the bar line in hardness value of steel 42CrMo φ50 mm rolled bar too large can not meet the requirements of agreement, through controlled rolling and controlled cooling combined with cooling bed heat preservation measures to decrease the finishing rolling temperature from original 967~970 °C to 860 °C , and reduce the cooling rate from original 0.35 °C to 0.17 °C/s,and optimize the metallographic structure from the previous non-equilibrium phase bainite + ferrite + pearlite to ferrite + pearlite, the HB hardness value of steel decreases from original 317 to 252. Therefrom,the φ50 mm rolled bar produced by this process has good comprehensive mechanical properties.

      摘要:The Ti-V microalloying 26CrMoV steel (/%:0.27C,0.45Mn,0.25Si,0.006P,0.004S,0.97Cr,0.78Mo, 0.002Ti,0.043V) ϕ195 mm hot-rolled bar is treated at laboratory by two processes:880°C quenching +645°C tempering and 925 °C normalizing + 880 °C quenching + 645 °C tempering. It is found that at the subsurface 25.4 mm of bar the yield and tensile strength of the bar by the two heat treatment processes are similar,the -20°C transverse impact energy of the bar treated by quenching + tempering is 46 ~47 J,but that treated by normalizing + quenching + tempering is 79 ~86J, the improvement effect is obvious. It is found that the microstructure of tempered sorbite and ferrite in steel with normalizing pretreatment is more uniform and smaller than that with out normalizing pretreatment.

      摘要:The structure and mechanical properties of 022Cr22Ni5Mo3N steel ϕ75 mm bar solution treated at 1000℃ for 4 h and 1060 ℃ for 4 h have been tested and studied. Results show that the structure (volume percentage) in 022Cr22Ni5Mo3N steel ϕ75 mm bar end forging temperature at 970 ℃,air cooling is about ferrite 31% , austenite 56% and precipitates 13% , that solution-treated at 1000 ℃ for 4 h is ferrite 38% , austenite 60% and precipitates 2% , and that solution-treated at 1060℃ for 4 h is ferrite 50% and austenite 50%. The steel solution-treated at 1 060℃ has tensile strength 731 MPa, elongation 38% and -40 °C impact energy AKV 76-81 J to meet the requirement of standard.

      摘要:The microstructure of 00Cr29Ni6Mo2N super duplex stainless steel solution-treaded at 1080 ℃ for 30 min + aged at 650 ~ 1000 °C for 60 min is investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energydispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDS). The experimental results indicate that Cr2N and ct phase precipitate at the ferrite/ austenite interface and an amount of Cr2N precipitates within the ferrite grain. The precipitation of the Cr2N occurs before the ct phase, the increase in aging temperature and aging time do not obviously affect on the amount of Cr2N precipitate, but the fraction of the ct phase increases firstly and then decreases with increasing the aging temperature, as aging at 850°C the σ-phase area percentage content is maximum,up to 5.8% ,and at given aging temperature with aging time increasing the σ-phase content increases. Precipitated Cr2N and a phase both reduce the pitting potential of 00Ci29Ni6Mo2N super duplex stainless steel.

      摘要:The microstructure, strength and hardness of martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb solid solution at 1 040 °C and aged at 480 ~ 620 °C for 5 h have been tested and studied. The results show that with the increasing aging temperature, the descomposition of martensitic matrix structrue gradually and the precipitation of carbide decrease. During the aging treatment, with increasing aging temperature the copper-rich phase is precipitaed as a sphere at first and then gradually developed to oval and rod shape, the size of precipitates are increased, the number decreased and the coherent interface with the matrix disappears, the stengthening effect decreases. With solution-treated at 1 040 °Cand aged at 480 °C for 5 h, the HRC hardness number of 05Crl7Ni4Cu4Nb steel is 44.3, to meet the requirement of product HRC hardness number 43.
