      摘要:During production of 150 ~ 180 mm casting slab of SS400, D36 and X70 steel with casting speed 0. 95 m/min by 1#caster at steelworks the longitudinal crack at comer of slab easily occurs and the max occurrence rate of crack is up to 5%. The solidification and heat transfer model of two-dimensional slice type of slab casting mold has been established by using commercial finite element software ANSYS and the calculation of solidification and heat transfer in mold during casting process has been carried out by using heat transfer and stress/strain direct-coupling method to analyze the distribution of temperature in slab with casting rate 0. 95 ~ 1. 05 m/min of each steel and the thermal stress introduced by uneven temperature distribution. Commercial test results show that based on the calculation results, it is available to eliminate the longitudinal crack at comer of slab casting by 1#caster by improving the slab mold narrow face taper coefficient from original 1.00% to 1. 10%.

      摘要:Based on analysis on solidification characteristics of steel 37Mn5 (/% : 0. 34 ~0. 39C, 0. 20 ~ 0. 35Si, 1. 25 ~ 1. 50Mn) during casting, a thermal-mechanical coupled mathematical model is established by using software ANSYS to simulate the solidification process of Φ210 mm casting round bloom and analyze with 40 t tundish, casting rate 1. 4 m/min and casting temperature 1 531 °C the effect of secondary cooling water ratio 0.58 ~ 0. 78 L/kg and distribution of water rate at each section on casting bloom surface temperature, shell thickness, length of liquid core and surface stress. The simulation results show that with increasing secondary cooling water ratio by per 0. 1 L/kg the bloom surface temperature decreases by about 18 ℃,while the effect of testing cooling water ratio on shell thickness at outlet of mold, length of liquid core and surface stress is not obvious. But with cooling water ratio 0. 68 L/kg the rapid re-raise temperature of bloom occurs by 185 °C in air cooling region between 0 and 1 section for original process and the max stress is up to 6. 41 X 107Pa. With maintaining the same cooling water ratio 0. 68 L/kg, to control the re-raise temperature range decreases to 123 ℃ and the highest stress decreases to 4. 53 x 107Pa, as a result the bloom cracks basically dismiss and the surface quality of bloom improves markedly.

      摘要:The forming process, ingredient and structure of final slag and slag skin during electroslag remelting (ESR) process of 7. 6 t ingot of steel MC5 with 310 kg ANF-6 slag (/% :69.14CaF229.51Al2O30. 54CaO, 0. 83SiO2) are analyzed and examined. Results show that after ESR the CaF2and Al2O3content in final slag decrease obviously and the CaO and SiO2content increase markedly; the ESR slag skin is divided into three layer from outside to inside of skin, that are the outside-rapid cooling layer, the middle-selective recrystallization layer, in this layer the Al2O3content is obviously higher than that original value, and the inside third layer-eutectic layer; the average ingredient content in different height has obvious difference, in it the Al2O3content in median part is obvious higher than original value.

      摘要:The distribution of silicon at cross section of cathode (/mm) 20 X 20 X 0. 5 sheet of 1. 6Si non-oriented cold rolled silicon steel after electro-deposit treatment by NaCl-KCl-NaF-SiO2molten salt with current intensity 50 mA/ cm2electro-deposit pulse current positive-negative ratio 9:1 at 750 ~ 850 ℃ for 60min has been tested and the diffusion coefficient of Si is obtained by calculation. Results show that with increasing electro-deposit temperature from 750 ℃ to 850 ℃, the Si content in sample increases and the diffusion depth increases from 18 μm to 40 μm ; the relation between electrodeposit temperature and diffusion coefficient of Si in steel is similar to Arrhenius exponential relationship.

      摘要:The effect of process parameters including water rate 2. 54 ~3. 16 m3/h , gas rate 0. 037 ~ 0.110 m3/h, slide gate opening degree (51% ~ 100% ) and nozzle submerged depth 78 ~ 108 mm on gas ratio distribution at wide side of mold for slab casting with nozzle argon blowing has been analyzed by an established 108 mm x 420 mm water model with geometry similarity ratio 6 :10 to simulate 180 mm x 700 mm mold for slab casting and using digital image process technique. Results show that with water rate- 3. 16 m3/h ( corresponding original type 1. 50 m3/h) , gas rate- 0. 037 m3/h (original type 0. 120 m3/h) , nozzle bottom being concave shape, slide gate opening degree- 51% and submerged depth of nozzle- 78 mm ( original type 130 mm) the distribution of gas bubble is relatively uniform, it is available to improve flow field and inclusions floating off. The results of pilot commercial production of 180 mm x 700 mm cast slab show that the amount of ≥30 μm inclusions and total amount of inclusions in ultra-low carbon steel with using optimizing parameters decrease obviously.

      摘要:Based on ion-molecule coexistence theory, a thermodynamic model for calculation of sulphur partition ratio between 57CaO-10SiO2-8 MgO-25 Al2O3quaternary slag series and liquid steel has been established by calculating the mass action concentration of ladle furnace (LF) refining slag structural units to get the sulphur partition ratio between slag-steel of this slag series Ls=1115 in end LF refining at 1 630 ℃. The measure results of 9 heats 210 t double bottom nozzle argon blowing LF refining slag samples show that to subtract the existing definite system deviation due to restriction on conditions including worksite and oxygen level of slag series, the model is available to reflect the LF refining slag sulphur partition ratio in commercial steelmaking production.

      摘要:Based on statistic-analyzing the effect of converter earlier stage slag basicity and liquid temperature, end slag basicity, total iron content in end slag and end liquid temperature on dephosphorization rate, the process for 180 t top and bottom combined blown converter steelmaking high-phosphorus steel with 0. 29% Si and 0. 085% P metal has been optimized. The 200 heats steelmaking results show that with the measures including using low lance level blowing to quickly decarbonize and raise the temperature of liquid in bath, controlling earlier stage slag basicity ≥2. 2, end slag basicity 2. 8 ~ 3. 2, end total iron content in end slag ≤17% and converter tapping temperature of liquid 1 650 ~ 1 680 °C , it is available to control the dephosphorization rate ≤60% and the average phosphorus content in end liquid is 0. 035%.

      摘要:The 30 t H type tundish Induction heating device is used for production of 370 mm x 490 mm casting bloom of steel grades including bearing steel, steel for tyre cord wire, steel for auto and steel for oil drill tool. The tundish heating principle, equipment structure, masonry technology and heating rating control are presented. Production application results show that the tundish induction heating technology application is available to obviously improve inclusion control level and decrease inclusion index; the superheating extent of liquid decreases from original no-using induction heating technology- 17 ~ 38 ℃ to 8 ~ 25 °C ; the difference between liquid measured superheating extent and aim superheating extent is ± 3 ℃.

      摘要:Based on the analysis on eroding mechanism of casting mold powder to aluminum-zirconium submerged nozzle during casting 6 strand 140 mm x 140 mm billet, with controlling the liquid level in mold from original plane straight line form to up-and-down periodical fluctuation twist line form ( amplitude 5 mm and cycle for 2 h) and casting for 5 h, then rising tundish by 20 ~ 40 mm to change the position of slag line of nozzle, the eroding depth of submerged nozzle obviously decreases by enlarging the eroded area of nozzle. Production results show that in the condition that the nozzle is used for 8 h, the eroding depth of submerged nozzle decreases from 15 mm before process optimization to 5. 5 mm after process optimization. The strength of submerged nozzle is improved to avoid stopping casting due to exchanging broken nozzle. And the service life of submerged nozzle is improved from 8 h to 10 ~ 12 h.

      摘要:The effect of furnace gas on surface quality o£ continuous cast slab and hot rolled plate of stainless steel 304 (/% : ≤0. 08C, 18 ~20Cr, 8 ~ 10.5Ni) has been studied by theory analysis , verification in laboratory test and commercial pilot-production. The commercial production results show that as the water vapour content in burnt furnace gas in heating furnace is 19. 5% , the surface scale of heated casting slab is thick, fine and close, the residual scale is obvious after descaling and the colour and lustre of hot rolled steel plate are not uniform with local roughness 4. 0 μm; as water vapour content in burnt furnace gas decreases to 5. 8% , the surface scale of heated cast slab is loose and thin, there is not scale being visible to naked eye after descaling and the colour and lustre of hot rolled steel plat are uniform with total roughness 3. 0 μm. Therefore in order to increase the surface quality of hot rolled plate, it should be to control the water vapour content in burnt furnace gas of heating furnace.

      摘要:The flow sheet for production of 150 mm x 150 mm casting billet of stainless steel 2Cr13 (/% : 0. 16 ~ 0.25C, ≤1.0Si, ≤1.0Mn, ≤0.035P, ≤0,030S, 12. 0 - 14. 0Cr) is hot metal pretreatment-50 t AOD-LF-CCM, slow cooling, annealing and grinding. Commercial pilot production results show that with the technology measures including using mold powder with viscosity (0. 58 ±0. 1) Pa • s, basicity 0. 95 ± 0. 01, and melting point fluctuating extent 5 ℃ , casting speed decreasing from 1. 3 m/min to 1. 1 m/min, mold oscillation amplitude increasing from 3 mm to 5 mm, oscillation frequency decreasing from 139 times/min to 137 times/min and liquid superheating extent decreasing from 35 °C to 20 - 30 °C,the surface longitudinal depression and crack are eliminated and the yield of billet is up to 94. 07% , the low-cooled billets can direct-roll to save both procedure of billet annealing and grinding and decrease the production cost.

      摘要:The acid-resistant pipe line steel API X65 (/% : ≤0. 045C, 0. 15 ~0. 35Si, 1. 50 ~ 1. 65Mn, ≤ 0. 008P, ≤0. 001 2S, 0.02 ~ 0.06Alt, 0.45 ~ 0.65Nb, 0.01 ~ 0. 025Ti) is melt by desulphurized metal-100 t top and bottom combined blowing Converter-LF-RH-slab CC flow sheet. The effect of process parameters including drainage sand quality ( graphite content 0. 22% ~0. 86% ) , residence time of molten steel in ladle ( < 180 ~ > 270 min) , LF refining temperature ( < 1620 ~ 1690 ℃),tap hole perpendicularity and ladle upper nozzle service life (2 ~ 28 times) on ladle free-opening rate has been analyzed. Results show that with lower graphite content in drainage sand, longer residence time of molten steel in ladle, higher LF refining temperature, tap nozzle and stream shifting, less service times of ladle upper nozzle, the ladle free-opening rate is lower. By stabilizing relative technology factors, controlling the process parameters including graphite content in drainage sand ^0. 8% , residence time of molten steel in ladle 180 ~ 240 min and LF end liquid temperature ≤1 640 °C, the free-opening rate of ladle with acid resistant steel increases from 84. 52% to 97. 47% .

      摘要:Based on the original 5 t (real 5. 15 t) octagonal ingot mould, with increasing the height of mould from original 1505 mm to 1840 mm, decreasing the taper in the mold walls from 4. 56% to 3. 64% , modifying the hot top location from outside type to inside type and decreasing the ratio of liquid steel in hot top from 15. 15% to 9. 81% , the results of production of Φ210 ~ 300 mm forged products of steel 18CrNiMo7-6 , D2 and 30Cr13 by new design 6 t ( real 5. 85 t) ingot mould show that the average yield of 6 t ingot is 86. 47% , as compared with the average yield 79. 71% of 5 t ingot, it increases the yield of products by about 7 point of percentage.

      摘要:Based on established geometric model the three dimensional numerical simulation on the effect of oxygen lance nozzle parameters (angle between nozzle 12° ~ 13°, nozzle number 4, flow rate 22000 ~ 24000 m3/h) of top and bottom combined blown converter tapping 110 t liquid steel on jet has been carried out by using software Fluent to get that with nozzle angle 12. 5° 4-nozzle oxygen lance at 1. 1 ~ 1. 4 m lance level the suitable radius and higher jet speed may maintain. The application practice of 93 heats 0. 45 C steel, Q235 and HRB400 steel steelmaking at steel works shows that with 12. 5° nozzle angle and oxygen flow rate 22000 m3/h, the average tap to tap time of 110 t liquid is 14. 8 min, the end carbon meets the requirement of melting steel grades, the end [P] 0. 010% ~ 0.030% and the dephosphorizing rate of liquid ≥96%.

      摘要:The two-pass hot compressed test for 15 mm plate forged from 50 mm cast slab of spring steel 50CrV4 (/% : 0.53C, 0.18Si, 0. 84Mn, 0.012P, 0. 003S, 0. 92Cr, 0. 12V, 0.02Ti) has been carried out by using Gleeble-1500 thermo-simulation machine. The behavior of static recrystallization of steel during deformation at 850 ~ 1000 ℃ with true strain 0. 1 ~ 0. 25, strain rate 0. 1 ~ 10 s-1and inter-pass cooling for 1 ~ 80 s is studied and a static recrystallization kinetics model is established. Results show that with increasing temperature, strain, strain rate and inter-pass cooling time the static recrystallizing course of steel 50CrV4 shall be improved ; at 950 ℃ with true strain 0. 25, as strain rate is 0. 1, 1 and 10 s-1the time to occur 50% recrystallization grains in steel is respectively 8. 42, 4. 40 and 2.22 s; the activation energy for static recrystallization of steel is 249. 974 kJ· mol-1.

      摘要:The test steel 316LN (/% : 0.011C, 0.49Si, 1.52Mn, 0.016P, 0.001S, 16.65Cr, 13.43Ni, 2.18Mo, 0. 153N) is Φ 180 mm round bar forged and primary-rolled from 7. 2 t ingot. The hot deformation behavior and structure evolution rule of steel 316LN with strain rate 0. 1 ~ 50 s-1at 1 050 ~ 1 200 ℃ has been studied by using thermal-simulated test machine Gleeble-3800, and a constitutive equation of steel 316LN is established by linear regression analysis. Results show that increase of deformation temperature is favorable for nucleation of dynamic recrystallization and promoting the development of dynamic recrystallization during hot deformation; in hot deformation process the material constant α is 0.006 1, the stress exponent n is 5.543 6 and the apparent activation energy is 550. 512 kJ/mol; with increasing deformation temperature the number of dynamic recrystallized grains in steel increases, and the complete dynamic recrystallization occurs in steel deformed at 1 200 ℃.

      摘要:Based on the model of isothermal austenite grain growth of steel 42CrMo for bearing ring of shield tunneling machine, the model of austenite grain growth during continuous heating process of steel has been established by using the principle of additivity. The effect of original austenite grain size is considered in the established model, it is included in established models of grain size diand soaking time ti*during interval time (ti-1ti). With using Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation machine the austenite grain size of forged billet ( finishing forging at 850 ℃)of steel 42CrMo (/% : 0. 40C, 0. 23Si, 0. 60Mn, 0. 016P, 0. 001S, 1. 08Cr, 0. 22Mo) with 100 ℃/s heated to 1000-1300 °C and water cooling has been tested and measured. Results show that with increasing austenitizing temperature from 1 000 ℃ to 1 100 ℃ the grain size of austenite in steel 42CrMo increases from 16. 3 μm to 30. 3 μm, the grain size of steel rapidly increases as heating temperature is more than 1100 °C and the austenite grain size in steel heating at 1300 °C is 112. 5 μm; the predicted value by model and measured value of austenite grain size in steel are better identical.

      摘要:The effect of annealing temperature (850 ~950 °C ) and holding time (5 ~ 18 min) on structure and texture of 0. 35 mm sheet by 6 passes cold-rolling from 2.3 mm hot-rolled plate of silicon steel (/% : 0.036C, 3.15Si, 0.21Mn, 0.005P, 0.007S, 0.032Al) has been tested and studied. Results show that the higher the annealing temperature the coarser the average grain size; As annealing at 900 °C for 5 min the average grain size of steel sheet is 41. 39 μm, and the texture in sample is mainly concentrated in γ orientation line {111} <112>; and {111}<110>; , as annealing at 900 ℃ for 18 min the average grain size is 48. 08μm ,and the {112} and {111} surface texture density reduce significantly while {001} surface texture enhances, it has better magnetic performance.
