摘要:The development of production of tools for rock drill in China and present domestic market condition of rock drill tools for handheld rock drills, tools for hydraulic rock drill vehicle, connected rod for pneumatic drill vehicle and tools for down-the-hole drill are summarized and analyzed. It is indicated that high speed rock drilling, better energy transport property, long service life and easy operation are basic requirements for products of tools for rock drill.
摘要:The effect of B₂O₃ on melting temperature and complete melting time of 40.5%~70.0%CaO- 19%~ 45%Al₂O₃-SiO₂-MgO- CaF₂ pentary slag series by semi- sphere point method has been studied. The test results showed that the average melting temperature of pentary slag with 40.5%~60%CaO,2%~10%CaE₂and(B₂O₃)/(CaF₂) 0. 17~0.33 was 30 ℃ less than that of pentary slag series without adding B₂O3 and the average complete melting time decreased by 49 s as compared with that without adding B₂O₃.The available multicomponent desulphurization refining slag ingredient is 60%CaO,19%~30%Al₂O₃,≤10%(MgO+SiO₂),2%~6%CaF₂and(B₂O₃)/(CaF₂)=0.17.
摘要:A systematic mathematical model group has been developed to simulate the billet section temperature distribution,austenite structure evolution and products properties. "Die prediction system for structure and properties is established based on the sub-models determined by test including critical model, austenite recrystallization, phase transformation in steel at Stelmor cooling line and relation between structure and mechanical properties to couple temperature fields of billet. Hie billet temperature at key point of rolling production line, austenite grain size rating and mechanical properties calculated by this system are in agreement with measured value at situ.
摘要:The phase composition, impact energy Akvand hardness HRC value of duplex stainless steel 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N solution treated at 900~1300 ℃ have been studied and examined. The results showed that 16.97%~ 3.22% a- phase precipitated in duplex stainless steel during solution treatment at 900~1020 ℃ led to the impact energy Agy value of steel decreasing to 3~44 J from 224~280 Jwhile steel treated at 1040~1250 ℃. The hot work temperature of the duplex stainless steel should be higher than 1040 ℃ and its optimum solution treatment temperature is 1040~1100 ℃.
摘要:The austenite stainless steel YGA201-≤0. 10C,5.0~9.5Mn,16.0~19.0Cr,3.5~5.5Ni,1.0~ 2.0Cu,≤0.2N has been melted and studied by a 200 kg induction furnace in laboratory. The mechanical properties and corrosion test results showed that the elongation of 1050 ℃ solid solution heat treated YGA201 stainless steel containing 1.0%~2.0% Cu was up to 60%, higher than that of ASTM201 stainless steel (elongation 44%), and its hot workability and corrosion resistance in 1 mol/L H₂SO₄ were equal to SUS304(18Cr-8Ni) stainless steel.
摘要:The size, amount and morphology of carbo-nitride precipitated in Nb-V-Ti-B and Nb-V-Ti microalloy steel EH420 rolling at 900~1000℃ with deformation 40%~60% by electron microanalysis and physical-chemistry phase analysis technique. The test results showed that the amount of carbo-nitride precipitated in steel rolling at 900 ℃ was more than that rolling at 1000 ℃; with degree of deformation increased from 40% to 60%, the precipitated carbo-nitride amount increased while average size decreased; and Ti-Nb carbo-nitride precipitated at whole rolling course, but V carbo-nitride precipitated only at lower rolling temperature.
摘要:The precipitated phase composition, mass percent and particle size distribution in microalloyed high strength steels 70A(0.05C,1.90Mn,0.01V,0. 13Ti,0.06Nb) and B2C (0.06C,2.34Mn,0.03V,0.03Ti,0.04Nb,0.0067 B) have been studied by chemical phase analysis and small-angle X- ray scattering method. It was found that there were nano-scale M2C and M2C6carbide in large amounts in microalloyed steels:the mass percent of M3C + M2C6carbide in diameter less than 36 nm in steel 70A was 0.0664% and the mass percent of MC carbide in same diameter was 0.0371%; and that of M3C + M23C6carbide in diameter less than 36 nm in steel B2C was 0. 1341% while that of the MC in same diameter was 0.0084%.
摘要:The quenched and tempered structure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of two Cr17Mo type corrosion resistant stainless steels for plastic mould-0.39C,0.70Ni,16.73Cr,1.07Mo and 0.53C,1.05Ni,16.87Cr,0.96Mo have been tested and researched. As the carbon content in Cr17Mo type steel increased from 0.39% to 0.53%,the peak HRC hardness value of steel quenched at 1060 ℃ and tempered at 475 ℃ increased from 46.5 to 53.4;and the two test steels had better corrosion resistance in weak acid, oxidizing acid and 1% HCl.
摘要:Simulation of liquid steel feeding system of pool in a twin roll 2~3 mm thin strip concaster with roll diame- ter 1200 mm,wide 380 mm and pool depth 460 mm at Nanchang Steel and evaluation of nozzle structure has been carried out by using 1:2.4 ratio dynamic physical model.The nozzle size structure was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that as nozzle up and down inclination is O,both sides deviation angle 60° and side hole dimension 18 mm×11 mm,the comprehensive properties of nozle were optimum and can meet the requirement of feeding liquid steel into bath.
摘要:The math modeling of distribution of flux flow field and analysis on pressure of meniscus in mold have been carried out by commercial software Fluent. The flow rate of flux was maximum at time t =0 during a oscillation circle,at that time the minus pressure on solidified shell was produced by flux, therefore it should be to decrease the minus pressure in time as far as possible,in order to decrease frictional force for flux easy flowing in.The modeling results conform to the real condition of billet concasting at Nanjing Steel.
摘要:The effect of 2.5 mm hot rolled plate of electric steel(≤0.005%C-2.5%~2.8%Si)normalizing at 850 ~1100℃ on structure and magnetic properties of 0.5 mm cold rolled sheet annealed at 880 ℃+ 950 ℃ has been studied.The results showed that with increasing normalizing temperature of hot rolled plate,the recrystallized grain size of annealed cold rolled sheet increased,iron loss reduced and magnetic induction monotonically increased; as normalizing temperature was more than 1000 ℃,with solid solution second phases then precipitated dispersed in annealed cold rolled sheet,the grain fined and iron loss increased. The optimum normalizing temperature of hot rolled plate is 1000 ℃.
摘要:The inclusion, structure and texture of 0.5 mm cold rolled sheet of non-orientation silicon steel-0.003C 1.46Si,0.38Al have been tested and analyzed. The analyzed results showed that difference in anisotropy of iron loss of sample was 7.56%~11.01%.Reasonably increasing finishing rolling temperature of non-orientation silicon steel 50W470 is available to increase density of texture component and prolonging continuous annealing time of cold rolling sheet is available to enough grow of directional grain, thus the anisotropy of iron loss reduces.

摘要:The spring steel 60Si2Mn(A)was produced by an 150 top and bottom combined converter - 150 t ladle furnace(adding Al 1.2kg/t, Ba alloy 1.0 kg/t, Ar stiring, feeding SiCa wire)- 165 mmx165 mm billet concaster.The oxygen content in steel at end phase of ladle furnace was (15~25)×10-6and residual aluminium was 0.020%~0.030%.The results of analysis on macrostructure of billet, distance between secondary crystal branches and electrolytic analysis of inclusion showed that the most of inclusion in steel were SiO2particle,spherical (Mn,Fe)O · SiO2and MnS with size ≤20 pm. It proves that added barium alloy is available decreasing oxygen content in steel and modifying morphology of inclusion.
摘要:The effect of water ratio in secondary cooling zone on billet cooling speed, solidification structure and center carbon segregation index of 0.64% ~ 0.82%C steel 150 mm x 150 mm billet casting with 250A/5Hz electromagnetic stirring has been tested. The results showed that with water ratio in secondary cooling zone increased to 1.55 L/kg from 0.83 L/kg, the primary dendritic aim spacing at the location with distance from billet edge 46 mm decreased to 300 from 380 the average center carbon segregation index decreased to 1.10 from 1.15 and at the sometime the ratio of equiaxial crystal decreased to 40% from 45% , The high secondary cooling intensity is only fit for billets casting.
摘要:The 9.50 mm strip of X60 pipeline steel (0.03~0.07C,1.2~1.6Mn,Nb+V+Ti≤0. 15)has been developed by 150 t EAF-LF-50~60 mm cast slab-hot continuous rolling process and Nb-Ti compound-alloying technology at Zhujang Steel. Examination results showed that the structure of strip was ferrite + minor pearlite with grain size rating 11.5~12.0 and banded structure rating ≤1.5, the yield strength of was 440~505 MPa, charpy impact energy at 0 ℃ was 140~270 J. Its comprehensive properties meet the requirement of API-5L technical standard and engineering application.
摘要:It is obtained by analysis that the edge cracks occur during bending and straightening of strip due to 70 mm thin slab horizontal plane non-homogeneous cooling and edge over-cooling during production of SS400 steel strip Coil with irrational secondary cooling water rate led to precipitation of AIN in austenite and grain boundary britle. The high-quality product rate of SS400 steel strip coil increased from 92.27% to 98.09% by improved technology measure including to control AlScontent 0.02%~0.03% in steel, decrease nitrogen pick-up during concasting and secondary cooling water rate at plate slab edge.
摘要:The effect of metal temperature, initial sulfur content in metal, stirring time, rotational speed and adding amount of desulphurizer on desulphurization results of an 80 t KR hot metal pretreatment unit has been studied. The results showed that with increasing metal temperature the desulphurization effects increased, and with 0.043% ~ 0.046% S in metal, metal temperature 1 290 〜1 310 °C, adding desulphurizer 600 〜650 kg (metal temperature 1 340 〜1 350 T, adding 450 ~ 550 kg), stirring 5 ~ 8 min at rotational speed 85 ~ 90 round/min, the desulphurization effects were better.
摘要:The nitrogen content in GCr15 bearing steel at each melting phase in 50 t EAF-LF(VD)-CC process was analyzed to obtain that the EAF end [N] was(23~36)×10-⁶ and the N content in products was (79~104)×10-⁶.In order to decrease the N content in bearing steel, with charging ≥35% hot metal in EAF, using low nitrogen carbonizing agent, optimizing LF refining operation, VD vacuum ≤67 Pa, long nozzle and argon shielding casting, the average nitrogen content in GCr15 bearing steel products decreased to 54.8×10-⁶ from original 91.6×10-6.
摘要:During 70 t EAF-LF melting steel 20MnSi,the desulphurizing refining time for average sulphur content in steel from 0.060% to 0.015% decreased to 20~30 min from original 30~45 min by adding lime 400~450 kg and synthetic slag 80~250kg,controlling EAF tapping steel temperature 1580~1630℃,increasing refining slag amount, ensuring refining slag basicity 1.5~2.8,Ar stirring rate 180~280 L/min and average(TFe)≤1.0%.
摘要:The φ18 mm high strength spring steel 60Si2CrVAT(0.57C,1.65Si,1.04Cr,0. 13V)was produced by 100 t EBT EAF-LF(VD)- 300 mm×320 mm billet casting process at Xingcheng Special Steel. The S+ P content in finished steel was ≤200×10-6and average oxygen content ≤12×10-6.Because the V carbon-nitride couldn't be dissolved completely below 900 ℃,the heat treatment test was carried out to obtain that the tensile strength was 1950~1970 MPa and elongation was 9%~12% by quenched at 910 ℃ for 60 min and tempered at 410 ℃ for 90 min.
