      摘要:The simulation test on optimization of 250 t ladle bottom argon blowing location has been carried out by using geometric similarity 1: 3 water model, and the liquid mixing time with single nozzle blowing, 90° angle double nozzle blowing and 180° angle symmetric double nozzle blowing at different blowing rate (5 ~ 25 m3/h) and different distance from center of ladle (0. 37 〜0. 61 R) is measured by using conductivity measuring method. Test results show that with single nozzle bottom argon blowing and nozzle distance from center of ladle bottom 0. 61 R ( radius of ladle bottom) , the mixing time of liquid is shortest ; the mixing time of liquid with symmetric double nozzle blowing is shorter than that with single nozzle blowing, and with increasing the distance from center of ladle bottom form 0. 37 R to 0. 61 R, the mixing time of liquid obviously decreases, therefore the mixing time of liquid with 0. 61 R symmetric double nozzle blowing is shortest and the dead area is minimum.

      摘要:Based on referential production data of 80 heats of SPHD, SPHE and IF steel, a calculation model for acid soluble aluminium content in molten steel- [Als] at end of RH refining deoxidizing by Al is established by using multiple linear regression analysis and the effect of activity of oxygen in liquid, adding aluminium for deoxidation and net circulation time of liquid at end of RH decarbonizing on end [ Als] is analyzed. Results show that the RH decarburization end activity of oxygen in liquid and adding aluminium amount for deoxidation are main factors to influence the end [ Als] ; as after RH decarburization the liquid temperature, activity of oxygen, FeO + MnO content in slag- ( FeO + MnO) and liquid net circulation time are respectively 1 600 °C , 2 x 10-415% and 8 min, in order to control the end [ Als] 0. 02% ~0. 05% , the adding aluminium amount in RH deoxidation process should be controlled in 0. 86 ~ 1. 53 kg/t.

      摘要:In accordance with the issue of poor homogeneity of composition and temperature of liquid in 150 t ladle bottom-argon-blowing with double nozzle located at 0. 2 R circumference in angle 90°, a test by using geometric similarity 1:4 water model with double nozzle location 0. 2 ~ 0. 8 R, in angle 45° ~ 180°, blowing rate 54. 6 ~491. 4 L/h (corresponding 150 t ladle blowing rate 50 -450 L/min) has been carried out. Test results show that as compared with original ladle nozzle location, for the optimum scheme- double radius 0. 6 R circumference, in angle 180° and each nozzle flow rate 382. 2 L/h (corresponding 150 t ladle 350 L/min) the mixing time of liquid decreases by 28. 6%.

      摘要:The simulation test on bottom blowing oxygen parameters (bottom blowing rate 0. 2 ~ 0. 56 m3/h, bath height 120 ~ 330 mm) and flow field of liquid in a 100 kg medium frequency induction furnace is carried out by a geometric similarity ratio 1: 1 water model. The results show that the change of velocity of gas phase flow formed in bottom blowing bath in vertical direction is not obvious, but there is large velocity gradient in horizontal direction ; with increasing bath height and bottom blowing rate the gas phase velocity gradient increases and the vertical gas-liquid two phase flow upward movement is modified to out of the perpendicular; as bath height H less than 240 mm and gas flow rate Q less than 0. 56 m3/h, with increasing bath height and bottom flow rate the mixing time decreases, and beyond these scope the variation of mixing time is not obvious.

      摘要:With using established "liquid-slag" two phase flow model in mold for 180 mm x 180 mm billet by fluid mechanics software Fluent, the numerical simulation on behavior of liquid level fluctuation is carried out to study the effect of deviation distance of submerged nozzle from mold center (0 ~ 30 mm) and casting speed (2. 0 ~3. 0 m/min) on behavior of level fluctuation of liquid in mold. It is found that at same deviation distance of submerged nozzle, with increasing the casting speed, the trend of the whole for liquid level fluctuation increases, and the more of deviation distance and casting speed, the more of increment of liquid level fluctuation ; at low casting speed, the wave troughs occur at edge of nozzle with violent fluctuations around nozzle outlet; at high casting speed, the wave troughs occur at right wall of mold to intensify the liquid level fluctuation and easily form slag entrapment.

      摘要:Based on similarity principle, the effect of different flow control device in 73 t tundish for two-strand 238 mm x 1 500 mm slab casting on flow field has been studied by using 1 : 3 water model in order to get optimum flow control device combination and optimizing dam position and height. Water modelling results show that the better flow control device combination in tundish for two-strand casting is to use double-decker turbulence inhibitor and dam, and for dam with 152 mm height and distance from long nozzle 685 mm, as compared with original tundish structure the average resident time increases by 53. 5 s and the dead area decreases from 27. 9% to 13. 1%, it is better to improve the flow status of liquid in tundish and favourable to uniform the temperature of liquid and remove the inclusions in liquid floating off.

      摘要:The Al in non-magnetic steel 20Mn23Al2V (/% : 0. 14 ~ 0. 20C, ≤0. 50Si, 21. 5 ~ 25. 0Mn, 1. 50 ~ 2. 50Al, 0. 04 ~0. 10V)- [Al] easily reacts with SiO2 in mold powder- (SiO2) led to modification of mold powder and the liquidus temperature of non-magnetic steel is lower because of higher alloy elements content, therefore the mold powder with low basicity, low A12O3 content and low melting temperature is required. Three kinds of mold powder (/% : 20. 2 ~ 24.4CaO, 35. 3 ~40.0SiO22. 2 ~ 4. 1 Al2O33. 0 ~5. 0B2O3) with low basicity (0. 55 ~0. 61) and low melting temperature (904 ~ 1 015) have been designed. The test results by 200 mm x 1 260 mm slab casting with 25 t tundish show that the mold powder for non-magnetic steel 20Mn23Al2V with 5.0% B2O3basicity 0.50 ~0. 60, melting temperature 1 010 °C and viscosity 0. 215 Pa·s and in casting speed 0. 60 ~ 0. 65 in/min is optimum to satisfy the requirement of casting process.

      摘要:The flow sheet for steelmaking steel 20CrMnTi, 0. 45C, 40Cr and GCrl5 at melting shop is 70 t BOF-LF- VD-220 mm x220 mm CC process. It is obtained by analysis of 22 heats of steel 20CrMnTi, 40Cr and 0. 45C that the average nitrogen content in steel after BOF tapping- [N] is 21.70 x 10-6end LF refining the average [N]48. 95 x 10-6and in tundish the average [N]63. 62 x 10-6. With increasing hot metal ratio from original 85% to 92. 3% , controlling BOF end [P] ≤0. 008% , ladle filling argon before tapping, quick forming foamed slag in LF refining with slag thickness 100 ~ 120 mm to prevent liquid absorbing nitrogen, using long nozzle and controlling argon blowing rate, the results by melting 6 heats of steel GCrl5 show that the [N] at end LF refining is 51. 8 x 10-6~ 60. 2 x 10-6the [ N] at end VD is 29. 1 x 10-6~33. 9 x 10-6and the nitrogen content in products is 31. 8 x 10-6~40. 0 x 10-6all products meet the requirement for cold working.

      摘要:Based on theoretical analysis and calculation on converter dephosphorization and carbon-phosphorus selective oxidation transformation temperature, in condition of hot metal non-dephosphorizing-pretreatment, the production practice of double slag dephosphorization in 120 t top and bottom combined blown converter has been carried out. As the average analysis of hot metal is (/% ) 4. 81C, 0. 49Si, 0. 32Mn, 0. 127P and 0. 019S, in converter blowing early period (0 ~ 360 s) , with the process measures including more intensifying bottom stirring [ 0. 030 ~ 0. 040 m3/( t·min) ] at lower temperature ( 1 330 ~ 1 350 °C ) , medial slag basicity (2. 0 ~ 3. 0) and high ferrous oxide ( 20% ~ 25% ) , the average phosphorus content in semi-steel (3. 8%C) after first deslagging process is 0. 048% , i. e. the average dephosphorization rate is 62. 2% .

      摘要:In corresponding with profile shape defect trouble about 1.2 mm x (250 ~ 380) mm strip of 301S and 301B cold rolled austenite stainless steel at steel works, the influence of change of strip width on profile shape during twelve-high mill rolling process (reduction 18% -26% , rolling force 750 ~ 1 600 kN) is obtained by analysis on a vast amount practical production data. Results show that as the width of strip is larger, with increasing rolling force or shifting intermediate rolls along axial direction to median, the central buckling profile shape defect decreases ; and as width of strip is smaller, with decreasing rolling force or shifting intermediate rolls along axial direction to both sides, the both-side edge buckling profile shape defect shall be reduced.

      摘要:The production flow sheet for medium-carbon vanadium steel SG45 (/% : 0. 42 ~0. 50C, 0. 17 ~0. 27Si, 0. 50 ~ 0. 80Mn, ≤0. 035P, ≤0. 035S, 0. 06 ~ 0. 10V) is 60 t LD-LF-VD-CC process. The vanadium direct alloying commercial test is carried out during converter tapping by adding aluminium cladding with steel-alloys ( manganese iron powder, silicon-manganese etc) -vanadium pentoxide self-reducing briquette (/% : 26. 90V2O5powder, 33. 51 silicon iron powder, 16. 74 lime powder and 22. 85 fluorite powder) -premelted slag (/% : 50 ~53CaO, 41 ~46Al2O3≤4SiO2≤ 4MgO) in ladle. 3 heats pilot production results show that the average yield of vanadium is 95. 13% , the cleanliness and metallurgy quality of steel products are better.

      摘要:The flow sheet for production of bearing steel GCr15 at Special Steel Co, Masteel is 110 t UHP EBT EAF- 120 t LF-RH-Φ380 〜Φ600 mm round bloom CC process. By using the process measures including controlling EAF end [C] 30. 10% , slagging down quantity W2. 0 kg/t steel, using ferro-aluminium to pre-deoxidize in tapping, LF end refining slag (/% ) : 50 ~60CaO, 5 ~6MgO, 8 ~15SiO215 ~ 20Al2O3RH 67 Pa keeping ≥10 min and electromagnetic stirring with M-EMS, S-EMS and F-EMS, the total oxygen content in steel- T[O] is ≤8x10-6and in Φ130 mm round products the rating of A, B, C and D series inclusions is ≤1.0, and the rating of Ds series is 0, all meet the requirement on metallurgy quality of products.

      摘要:The characteristics of desulphurized sludge produced from hot metal pretreatment KR desulphurizing process are high pollution, obvious poisoning, unitary slag treatment process, limitations of selectable treatment process, and difficult recycling of resources. The de-poisoning process of KR desulphurized sludge by quick cooling desulphurized sludge, promoting hot metal in cinder pot quick dropping in temperature and CO fast escaping and burning, and the modified sealed hot slag process of KR desulphurized sludge by using converter liquid slag are developed at No2 steelmaking plant, It is obvious to improve working environment, available to translate and retrieve the iron oxide in converter slag and realize the KR desulphurized sludge recycling and utilizing of resources.

      摘要:The influence of sizing deformation temperature (820 ~ 920 °C ) , deformation extent (0. 18 ~ 0. 24) and cooling rate (0. 2 ~2. 1 ℃/s) on structure, tensile strength and impact energy of steel 40Mn2V (/% : 0. 41C, 0. 22Si, 1.65Mn, 0.014P, 0. 005S, 0. 15V, 0.021Ti, 0.008 0N) for N80-1 seamless casing tube (Φ139. 70 ~ 339. 72 mm x 6. 20 ~22. 22 mm) is systematically analyzed by hot simulation test, and a math model is established. Results show that at defined sizing deformation temperature, as cooling rate of steel is higher than a critical value, the bainite transformation occurs in structure led to poor impact toughness of steel; steel 40Mn2V is available for the tube size with cooling rate less than 1. 1 ℃/s, the suitable process parameters are that as cooling rate less than 0. 6 ℃/s, the sizing temperature is 695 ~870℃, and as cooling rate 0. 6 ~ 1. 1 °C/s, the sizing temperature is 695 ~ 820 ℃.

      摘要:The developed new steel 4Cr3. 75MoSiV for extrusion wheel (/% : 0. 39C, 0. 95Si, 0. 35Mn, 3. 75Cr, 1. 25Mo, 0. 99V, 0.009 5N) and common steel 4Cr5MoSiV for extrusion wheel (/% : 0. 42C, 1. 20Si, 0. 38Mn, 5. 04Cr, 1. 14Mo, 0. 85V, 0.035 ON) are melted by a 10 kg vacuum induction furnace, and forged to Φ18 mm bar for test, then 880 ℃ 1 h +720 °C. 1 h spheroidal annealing, 108 0 ℃ 15 min oil quenching, 550 ℃ 2 h +530 ℃ 2 h double tempering. The morphology, size, precipitates ratio and distribution of main carbide precipitates in both steels as well as the effect of precipitates on 500 times 600 °C -ambient continuous thermal fatigue behavior are studied. Results show that V4C3+ VC amount to 12% of total precipitates and there is 26% Cr23C6precipitate in common steel 4Cr5MoSiV containing 5. 04% Cr, while in developed new steel 4Cr3. 75MoSiV the V4C3+ VC, which are favourable to increase thermal fatigue behavior, amount to 31% of total precipitates and the Cr23C6precipitate has not been found in new steel ; after continuous thermal fatigue test the surface crack of steel 4Cr5MoSiV with thermal fatigue factor 3. 18 x 10-3is coarser and larger than that of steel 4Cr3.75MoSiV with thermal fatigue factor 1. 77 x 10-3.

      摘要:The influence of cold rolling reduction (65% ~ 80% ) of 3. 13 mm hot rolled plate and recrystallization annealing temperature (660 ~ 780 °C ) on texture and formability-train-hardening exponent (n) and plastic stain ratio (r) of 0.64~1. 10 mm cold rolled sheet of Ti-IF steel (/% : 0.02C, 0.01 Si, 0. 10Mn, 0.013P, 0.011S, 0.064Ti, 0. 028Al, 0.002 0N) has been studied by electro backscattering diffraction method. Results show that with cold rolling reduction 75% the {111} texture content in Ti-IF cold rolled sheet is highest and the formability is optimum ; with recrystallization annealing at ≤740 ℃ the {111} < 110 > texture content in material is high and with annealing at more than 740 ℃ the  {111} < 112 > texture content in material is high ; and as recrystallization annealing at 660 ~780 °C , with rising annealing temperature the {111} texture content in material increases and the formability of material also increases.

      摘要:The steel 316LN for test (/% : 0.015C, 0. 65Si, 0. 90Mn, 17.3Cr, 12.8Ni, 2. 6Mo, 0. 018 ~ 0. 200N) is melted by a 50 kg vacuum induction furnace, adding chromium nitride in atmosphere after vacuum refining. The ingot is forged to Φ20 mm bar and hot-rolled to 4 mm sheet, then solid-solution-treated respectively at 1 100 for 30 min and 10 min, water quenching. Research results show that with increasing every 0. 010%N in stainless steel 316LN, the steel tensile strength and yield strength increase respectively by 9 MPa and 7 MPa, but the steel elongation decreases by 0. 55% , while the nitrogen content in steel on steel reduction of area has no influence, it keeps to about 72. 5% ; the nitrogen strongly improves the pitting corrosion resistance of stainless steel 316LN, with increasing every 0. 010% N, the pitting breakdown potential increases by 7 mV ; and appropriate adding nitrogen in steel (0. 079% N) is available to improve intergranular corrosion resistance of stainless steel 316LN, but excessive nitrogen content (more than 0. 120% N) is harmful to intergranular corrosion resistance of steel.

      摘要:The 50mm plate of steel 07MnNiMoVDR (/% : 0. 06 ~0. 08C, 0. 20 ~0.30Si, 1. 50 ~ 1. 60Mn, 0.30 ~0. 40Ni, 0. 10 ~0. 15Cr, 0. 18 ~0. 25Mo, 0. 04 ~0. 05V 0. 02 ~0. 04Al) for cryogenic spherical tank is produced by 100 t UHP EAF-LF-300 mm x 2 000 mm CC-four-high reversing mill rolling process. The Effect of 0 ~ 0. 002 0% B on structure and mechanical properties of 50 mm plate of the steel quenched at 900 °C -tempered at 620℃ has been studied. Results show that adding boron can obviously increase hardenability of plate to get homogeneous major bainite structure ; as the boron content in steel is more than 0.001 5% , the structure coarsens with occurrence of mixing grains led to impact energy decreasing and tensile strength of steel (750 MPa) larger than the upper limit of standard (730 MPa). As the boron content in steel is controlled in 0.000 5% ~0.001 5% , the steel plate has excellent strength-toughness matching i. e. tensile strength 630 ~690 MPa and impact energy 140 ~ 275 J to meet the standard requirement.
